John Murray v Kevin Mitchell

Guys,

If you can find a stream watch this fight. Both these guys are just beneath world level but are evenly matched so a great scrap is due. Soto and Rios are a class above these guys, but they are probably the best in Europe at 135. Kevin Mitchell is technically a better boxer. I thought Mitchell was the real deal until Katsidis destroyed him (I had Mitchell). I don't think Mitchell will ever be the same again and I have this big hunch he is a lamb for the slaughter here.

Mitchell hit the booze hard and this is his first fight back since the Katsidis mauling. Strange thing to do, as he badly needs a tune up fight to restore confidence. Murray is an all action fighter and I think he will wear Mitchell down for a late KO. Murray is not a murderous puncher, but he has KO'd 6 of his last 7. I think he will enforce his will on Mitchell and drag him into a dog fight. If that happens Mitchell hasn't got a chance.

I think Murray is good value @ -190. Still, I am going to be a little bit more adventerous and play Murray by KO @ +150. I think this fight could be fight of the year material and I think Murray gets the KO.

wow....what a fight. Murray was in total control going into round 6. He seemed to be imposing his will on Mitchell. Mitchell had a HUGE 7th and I can't believe he KO'd Murray in the 8th. Bad night at the office for yours truly..Mitchell will be the death of me. When I bet him he loses and when I fade him he wins...
