It's getting to the point where I don't think Vitali is the explosive knockout machine he once was. His jab has become his only true weapon. He doesn't set up shots with his jab anymore, often throwing only that punch to score points and carry rounds.
Sosnowski is a bit of a cupcake, even if he looks like he is made of steel. Sosnowski has said he plans on moving sideways and exploiting Vitali's "defensive errors." That might buy him a few rounds. Eventually he'll get hit (or gas) and we all know what happens then...

He is 25/1. I don't know where you are seeing 55/1. Given Sosnowski's lack of ability, probably. However, Sosnowski is in GREAT shape and has the nuts to go for it.

You're where you need to be, walk. Sosnowski is losing every round, but he's still there. Never looked in trouble yet either (although I haven't watched every minute).

The Klits always look tenative to me. I know they're never going to brawl and swing for the fences, but against guys like this, they should never be moving backwards.

Nice job the weekend Walk. I didn't have a strong feeling on this so I made a nice killing with the Lakers instead this weekend -> https://www.covers.com/postingforum/post01/showmessage.aspx?spt=22&sub=100760003 (had ZERO following on the Basketball forum). Also had Evans in the UFC and will have Brock Lesnar when he faces Carwin in UFC 116 @ -200.
What are your opinions Foreman v Cotto? I will probably play the over 10.5 rounds @ -160. A faded fighter switching trainers never inspires confidence and Foreman looks vastly over rated to me. There is no quit in Cotto, so I expect this one to go over.

I like Foreman in that fight. He has a few big advantages over Cotto. He's alot taller, he has a longer reach, and he has never been brutalized, as Cotto has been in two of his last four fights (he took alot of damage in the Clottey fight too). Foreman is a skilled boxer. His resume pales in comparison to Miguel's obviously, but he's got some good wins on there. Santos was woefully out of shape, and Yuri did what he was supposed to do (he boxed his ears off for the whole fight and won a wide decision). I fear that we will see a worn out Cotto get played with for 12 rounds (I've always been a Cotto fan). He's a warrior, and Foreman doesn't have any power, but I don't think Miguel will be fast enough to handle Yuri. I see this as a skilled, fresh, bigger man beating an old warrior who isn't what he used to be.

Yuri Foreman will win this, Cotto doesn't move his feet ,. Yuri doesn't have power because he intentionally doesn't sit on his punches.
Even if he did sit on them not sure if he would be a power puncher, more of a stinging punch the exact kind that gives Cotto trouble.
Why I love Cotto's heart, I pray he doesn't take a beating.
Since the Margrito loaded his gloves incident Cotto hasn't been the same fighter people need to see this he's exiting the boxing scene.. and Yuri' entering . Arum knows this it's why he's building up Foreman, he will make Yuri a NY fighter like he made Cotto a NY fighter and fans will flock to see him even if he isn't that strong.
(Granted no one can replace what Cotto brough to the table), but this will be handing of the NYC Torch fight for Cotto/Foeman.
Remember foreman is a true 154 fighter, Cotto was 140 and then moved up to 147. Even though I saw cotto was welterweight when he was at 140 moving up to 154 with the damage he has taken the past 3 fights.. isn't a wise move.
Cotto's eyes have tons of scar tissue his last 3 fights he looks as if he's been in a Rocky movie- what do you think will happen with a boxer who he cannot hit and will get boxed to death.
People think Yuri's lack of power is GOOD for Cotto, it's not all it means is Cotto will take a beating for many rounds because he's a warrior.
Cotto will sustain a head beating in this fight, and because he's Cotto the doctor and his corner will let him hang in there LONGER than he should be. Hopefully we get a ref who cares about the fighter.
I will be playing Yuri foreman, +170
Good luck to everyone!!
