Fight going on in a minute or so just went to a commercial.. hope you win this one also.

I could have given the 19.5 points LOL :)

I know.  As soon as I saw the line on the fight, I thought it was bad.  I was really surprised that it wasn't closer to a pick'em.  Good job by both of us on that fight.  In Cee's thread, he wrote that he was feeling Brinkley and liked the handicap line, but he bet Stevens.  We all had a pretty good feeling how this was going to go.

Lara stopped Brewer, but after the midway point of the tenth.  They could've stopped that fight earlier.  His eye was dripping for a while.

Shumenov's facial expressions make him look like he's throwing the hardest punches ever, but Campillo is taking them like he's getting hit with a pillow.

Yes I agreed with you I wanted to pull that trigger on 12 rnd decision.. but I wussed out and went with what I felt was safer bet.

Yes Cee liked Brinkley too even though he took ITD with Stevens (which is the only way I saw Stevens winning)

Brinkley scared me in the last 2-3 rounds he could of just jabbed and cruised but he wanted to put a hurt on Stevens.

Did you hear in round 6 I think when Stevens went into his corner he said "I'm hurt" and they ignored him lol.

Shuvemov is better off throwing less "power shots" and just BOX. He will tire himself out, Campillo is a counter puncher and wants to take this into the later rounds.. especially with this massive 5 KO's :-)

Campillo was really dominating this fight for a while, but his eye is leaking pretty good right now.

Campillo reminds me of a MUCH larger Casamayor a slick boxer, except Casamayor had more power with his left.

Shuvenov needs to PACE himself.

Yup.  Doug Fischer just said the same thing.  Shumenov's punches aren't hurting Campillo now.  By the 10th round, there will be NOTHING on them.

That decision in the Shumenov fight was obviously bad.  When they announced the first score, and you knew it was a split decision, I couldn't believe it.  The Colonel was right about one of those rounds being so bad that it could've been 10-8 without a knockdown.  I'll take it, but I should've lost that one.

My local is offering tonight's card, including the undercard fight.  Eduardo Escobedo (-175) vs. Joksan Hernandez (+150).  Anyone have any idea about this fight?  I'm probably laying off both fights, but just curious if anyone has a strong opinion on this match.

I don't  have a clue on this fight, hope someone who has seen BOTH guys in action can give you some insight.

From what I've seen you are pretty level headed so if your gut tells you to lay off you will :)
