I am trying to figure out which is more fixed and which is more of a legit sport.....professional wrestling or boxing.....I'll take Hulk Hogan -200 in Wrestlemania 900...........

How do 3 judges score it PBF by 4 / PBF by 2 / and Oscar by 2.......I get the first 2 at 2 rounds apart, I could see that in this fight easy but how do 2 judges see the fight 6 rounds apart....that is half the freaking fight.....

Oscar's jab was doing amazing all fight and then in the ninth he stopped throwing it and lost the fight because of it.Larry asked him why he stopped throwing it and oscar smiled and said that he didn't know.
Makes you wonder sometimes. The fight changed there and oscar lost because of that

Because if you had 50 judges they would all see it differently.
 
Its human nature and its subjective.
 
Just like I said, boxing is no different than gymnastics, diving, snowboarding, or ice skating.  All the same. 
 
All judged by humans with no objective means for scoring so you will always have discrepancies.
 
Oh, and add the BCS to that list.

I'm still trying to figure out why they played the mexican NA.  Both fighters were american born and raised.

I get what you are saying but 6 rounds difference is ridiculous......especially in a fight with no knockdowns or any rounds scored 10-8..........There is just no way that happens 8-4 one way vs. 8-4 the other....that is riduculous.

Should've been a Floyd UD imo, scores were about right though. 116-112, 115-113 Floyd and 115-113 for DLH.  I think the crowd could've swayed the judges and that DLH didn't land many cleanly though some may think they did.  Anyway glad they didn't rob Floyd of a win or score it a BS draw.

delahoya was robbed ......... just look at who was the aggreser it sureley wasn't floyd.........floyd ran most of the fight.... meaning he didn't want to slugggggggg with oscar

Also, if you sign up for the forums (which are hassle free and free) you can get access to special links like MLB TV games and the like.

Tortured myself through the Knicks all year since the forums had links for NBA League Pass for free.
Great for soccer, with virtually every match imaginable.

Sopcast also has a shitload of movies.

Both websites had links to the fight. Watched the whole night. The Jersey announcer was annoying as shit with his irrelevant crap no one gives a shit about. He liked that Jersey bum judge who was paid by De La Hoya for that score before the fight. I just wish Mayweather actually fought him instead of proving a point by toying and dodging him.

I completely agree with the guy who said earlier they should've kept going until someone dropped. Both had enough at the end to completely pummel eachother in the last 15 seconds. If someone is in health danger, stop the fight. But if not, let them at eachother. They were barely bruised in this fight.

How was he robbed. He didn't hurt mayweather and de la hoya was dead tired in the last 3 rounds. Sure pretty boy wasn't the aggressor but he was clearly the smarter fighter, connected on his shots (especially late) and clearly outboxed de la hoya.

why would floyd sluggggg with oscar? floyd came into the fight weighing 150, he couldnt even make 154. u floyd haters need 2 look at the fight more objectively, floyd threw 100 less punches than de la hoya, while landing 100 more. and u got 2 love the cats who complain about how floyd is a runner, and then go on to big up, or give credit to some average mma fighter like sherk. arguably the best ufc fighter, chuck liddel is a counter puncher, and rarely ever presses the action even though he is fighting wrestlers and grapplers with little striking ability, and i never see criticism of his fighting style in these forums. imo floyd should go ahead and kick hattons ass 4 u haters, and then take out sugar shane, then retire as the g.o.a.t., 40-0.
