1 unit Berto -8.5 pts. handicap on Lederman's card (+100) .75 of a unit on under 11.5 rounds (+160) in Berto-Forbes .20 of a unit on Berto KO Round 9 (+1800) .20 of a unit on Berto KO Round 10 (+1800)
.80 to win 4.25 Caballero-Meija under 5.5 (-290) Cordoba (-525) vs Perez Kid Diamond (-225) Huck (-310) Murat (-1300) Mosley ITD (-138) Berto (-900)
Son of a ........Based on how Lederman had scored the fight throughout, how did he score that 11th for Forbes? Crushed by the hook. My reasoning for playing the fight was that I thought Berto may drop Forbes a couple of times with flashy type KD's and still let the durable Forbes survive. Forbes definitely still has his whiskers, but it is probably time to hang them up after making some decent dough in his last 3-4 fights.
Down to Mosley ITD for the parlay. I feel very confident that you will see any early ending tonight courtesy of a Mosley left hook. Wow!!! I knew Mayorga was killing himself to make 154 based on his photos leading up to the fight. Come in at 170 tonight!!! I think he will be super flat.

My thoughts are in the in-fight thread about the miracle that I just received. What a turnaround. It is definitely better to be lucky then right. Unreal is the only word to describe what just happened.

.50 of a unit to win 4.9 Mosley ITD (-138) Berto (-900) Abraham-Marquez under 8.5 (+115) Klitschko (-145) vs Peter Calzaghe (-320) vs Jones Taylor (-550) vs Lacy 1.5 units on fight won't go distance (-150) 1.35 units on Lederman Mosley points handicap -9.5 (-135) .25 of unit on a 1st round KD or KO (+1400) .50 of a unit on KD or KO before round 4 (+335) .75 of a unit on KD or KO before round 7 (+155)
My euphoria was in real time in the other thread, but my heart has finally come out of my throat. I was way off in handicapping this fight and just got lucky with that ending. Mosley was a lot more rusty then I thought he would be, I guess I didn't factor in the 10 month layoff enough. I thought the fight would be along the lines of Mayo-DLH and Mayo-Trinidad with the class difference being too much and very glaring leading to a stoppage with Mayo touching the canvas in the early-middle rounds 1-2 times and then succumbing to Mosley's clean hard shots in a accumulation type stoppage. Needless to say I was way off. I had it 6-5 Mosley entering the last and there were lulls in his activity and plenty of openings that he just couldn't pull the trigger on. Mosley has definitely gone way downhill in my mind after tonight. Does anybody really want to see him face Margarito? I don't; I think that would bring a lot of punishment his way. I did get the left hook finisher right, never thought it would come with a second left in the fight. Lucky break, but I do think I deserved one after my 08. The last round had shades of Vazquez-Marquez III, this time I completed the Hail Mary. Anybody who thought there was value in Mayorga, boy were you right.
Anyone know if the Lewis-Eastman fight was rescheduled? Did Six Heads have diarrhea again, this time pre-fight? Still kicking myself for not playing Jones, great call to those who did.
1.25 units won for the week, but boy it would have been a bad losing week if not for that miracle. Going to be tough to sleep tonight after that heart attack.

You and me both Fullbrights got lucky with that late ITD. Just didn't cap it right I guess. Thought Shane would have had less trouble. Whatever, a win is a win. Nice hit on the parlay hit and the parlay alive.
Next week, we hit the Abraham under big. Without a doubt.

Thats funny. As I was watching it i thought about my post , that i just did not see a KO but Mosely would win and then you got the KO. Even if the ref didnt wave it off Mayorga was not getting up so you had your win. Pretty funny how it happened
