1.75 units more on under 7.5 (-175) in Antillon-Acosta
Put together a small parlay that could make next weekend fun .35 of a unit to win 7.15 Under 7.5 in Antillon-Acosta (-190) Under 7.5 in Rubillar-Segura (-165) Bradley (-280) Witter ITD (+443) Diaz(-530)
Need some unders from Mexico tonight. The size of the ring won't hurt the under cause.

I just went with another Antillon under play.

About that parlay, Malignaggi is going to make Diaz look like trash, probably easily winning in 8-4, 9-3 fashion. However, he might have to pitch a shutout to win on Houston cards. Just ask Chris John.

Good luck tonight Brights.

One under down, one to go from south of the border. Kind of surprising for the towel to come in at that point, but I'll take it. Rubillar could have continued on surviving, but he really had no chance to win and the bout was becoming very one sided. Segura was his usual powerful but sloppy self, I just don't see him lasting long at the upper echelon. The cheater Margarito is in the ring celebrating the victory. 3.3 units on Segura-Rubillar under 7.5 (-165)

Man I don't see that at all. I saw a lot of Paulie M. love in the other thread on that fight, but I tend to agree with Mayweatherfan's views. I heard that Paulie was even noticeably buzzed n his 8 round tune up last time out against Fernandez. Paulie struggled with the dreads/N'dou and he looked pretty bad against Hatton who I thought Paulie's boxing and quickness could pose issues against going in.

Has anyone seen Rubillar's weight or photos from the weigh in? Everything I've seen online says that people were waiting for him to show up hours after everyone else. Perhaps he had difficulty cutting weight taking the fight on short notice.
Even without this seemingly going against Rubillar, I think he's basically hand picked and the way Segura fights, I see Giovanni Segura winning early. It doesn't hurt that he has Margarito's trainer now. I will be playing the under if bodog ever puts up a line.
I've never thought much of Antillon, and while I've never seen Acosta, I think it's possible he could be worth touching at long odds. Antillon creates plenty of opportunities to be countered and hurt.
Unbelievable man. Never listen to me. Great call. I hope that you capitalized on your guy. Acosta made the fight ugly, survived at times, frustrated Antillon, and landed two monster counter bombs that defined the fight.

Well that hurt the comeback cause for the year that had been rolling. Crap result to end the week. My first thought when it happened was damn I just got it handed to me by this fight and my next thought was LMS I need to borrow those Tarot Cards you are using, wow. Bad start to the week and a bad ending to go with it.
3.5 units on under 7.5 (-175) in Antillon-Acosta 2 unit parlay Antillon ITD (-365) Bradley (-280) Diaz (-530) .35 of a unit parlay
Rough week, lost 6.35 units and about all of last week's winnings.
Again great call LMS, I had not seen or heard one opinion that gave him much of a chance. It may just turn out that Antillon is one of the gym warriors that never translates into success in the professional ring.

Holy shite !!!!! Urbano got lit up !!!!!!! That sucks !
You are telling me. At least after my under bets got flushed I was still think my ITD had a shot with Antillon for my parlay, but Acosta had other plans. That was a bomb and a dagger to midsection. I was way off here.

Ya I don't know really, I guess that was pretty lucky. I just have always had a low opinion of Antillon, and that combined with Acosta's winning streak and obvious reasons to be motivated seemed to point to a potential upset. Anything can happen in boxing, but I was pretty stunned when Antillon went down for the count.
