Here is where we agree. In a sport where you can die, Olympic style drug testing needs to be implemented. How it gets implemented is the problem. I am sure there is a way to implement random drug testing without the costs being like they were for Mayweather v Mosley. I would love to hear peoples opinions what is the best way to get USADA sytle testing implemented?Because honestly it should have been in place since the 70's/80's when the use of PED's among atheletes came to light. He blamed it on giving blood and that it weakened him (I remember seeing the interview). Giving blood effects people in different ways. That is a fact.

Now put yourself in Manny Pacquaio's shoes. You know giving blood weakens you, would you give blood all the way to the day of the fight if you didn't have too? knowing that the only person asking you do it was your opponent!? For the biggest fight of your life you want to be 100% mentally and physically. If the rules are there you have to give blood right up until the day of the fight well and good, but right now they are not there. So what do you do. You compromise! As stated by Conto these guys can cheat for months before and get away with it so no test is ever going to be 100% accurate.

Before there were faults at both sides. Manny is now trying to compromise. Mayweather will not, therefore he is at fault. Dude look at the boxing forums on the web. 30% agree with you 70% with me.
