I have defended this glorified peewee league for years....but the more I watch this season the more I agree with some of my peers that it's completely trash and a total coin flip every game. The players are all disgruntled cast off losers that can't make the NFL and have zero respect for the game and take foolish penalties whenever they get frustrated. The coaches have zero idea how to manage a CFL team within the league rules and call for 2pt converts in the FH or when it's completely unnecessary in the SH.


Gonna try to get back to level on the year as the season progresses but I can't see betting this trash for another full season.



 And the refs aren't worthy of calling the Thanksgiving game in my back yard. Although their blood alcohol level would warrant admission onto the playing field.


If I can give up betting on bases daily I can sure as hell give up this bush league bullshit.

Big win for the Lions

Agree with you DDH.  Looking ahead to next weeks games I have no idea.  I think the Argos are in a must win situation next week because they have to play at Sask in two weeks who will have revenge on their mind plus two weeks to prepare.  That being said it will be the Red Blacks home opener.  What do you do?  Then you have the battle of the unbeatens who happened to be the two worst teams in the league last year.

yup... it may be our game but too hard to get the best of it week in week out, esp when you see the lack of discipline among players, and teams that consistently let you down (eg winnipeg last season).  

there's only so much that can happen in a 9 team league... 

can't stand baseball, although i do wager on it when there's absolutely nothing else on lol.   frustrates the hell out of me when you bet an over and teams are leaving runners on base inning after friggin inning... then you realize, it's really hard to score in this stupid game, isin't it ??
