Looks like Edmonton still stinks.  Jackson is not a HC and Simon is definitely not a GM.  Well, maybe next year....

I will add Ottawa -3 (bought the hook).  Ottawa was the favorite, are at home, and they are up by 5 so.....

Love Elks but they are not really getting better.  Maybe the GM isn't filling the holes and maybe the intrim coach is worse than the fired coach.  Just saying.

I think Toronto closes the gap the second half.  Bo is rattled with that interception.  A good seasoned QB shakes it off but Bo seems to hang onto the negativity lately and can't get the negative play out of his head.  THerefore, I am taking Toronto to make 6.5 more points than Hamilton in the second half.  Watching Boxing and UFC and glancing at the CFL too.

Just checked the score.  It is end of 3rd and Hamiltion is taking it to Toronto.  I am not even watching so not sure why I placed that bet.

Just woke up from a Sunday snooze and was thinking about this game.  I have a parlay pending and got this overwhelming feeling that Calgary plays well today and screws up my parlay.  Just a gut feeling since everything seems to be rolling on the bets lately.  Time for the books to throw in a monkey wrench.  Therefore, I am going to make a kind of hedge play of

Calgary +3.5 +104

Hopefully, I can win both plays.    I will be breathing easier when they score over 39.5 points. 

There is a heat warning in Calgary....  what does that do to scoring?  I'll be watching  in my air conditioned room and NOT drinking any beer but only cold water.

I was hoping BC would have scored after that horrible kick by Calgary giving BC great field position.  It would have helped my total and I might have been convinced to join my friend Bigdoubleplay and taking Calgary ML since odds would be nice.  Instead, I am adding Calgary over 26.5 for game.  Therefore, I have:

Nobody has anything to say as per usual but I hope you all are on the right side and are making money. 

Being a lifetime Eskies fan, I didn't like Wally.  However, looking back at it all right now, it was because Wally was very good at his job meaning he beat my team a good portion of the time.  Seeing him today reminds us that we all lose to father time.  Congrats Wally on having a good life and beating the shit out of my Esks more times than not.  I have moved on to disliking Dickenson.... lol.  At least Calgary and BC have consistency at the Head Coach position.  Edmonton hasn't had a decent coach in years.

Just looked back at Esk's previous coaches and they were all garbage.  The last good coach was Higgins in 2004 meaning Edmonton has been rudderless for 20 years. 

I could have really used that TD at the end of the 3rd.  Why couldn't receiver just reach out with the ball???  We have another quarter but BC has the ball and a long field with the wind at their backs (I think).  I should have bought beer to calm the nerves.

I just realized that that 2 point conversion would have put Calgary at 27 points and I would have won.   Oh so close.  I did get the over 39.5 that I needed but no bet is guaranteed yet.  25 -23 for Calgary right now.  Hopefully Calgary goes down the field and gets a field goal.  Problem though is that wind.

I should start off saying that Slushie did a great write up in his thread.  I was leaning towards another teaser but wasn't sure.  Now, I think I will go with:

1. Sask +3.5

2. 6.5 point teaser of Sask 10.5 (I placed this one first and the odds must have changed when I made Sask +3.5 because adding 6.5 should equal +10 but I got 10.5 )

                                and under 55.

3. Super teaser of Sask +16.5 and total under 61.5 and Calgary +12 and game total over 38.5

Good luck man. Think your under 61.5 tonight is as safe as they come. That said in the CFL nothing is safe.
