Being a tout is just about 'Marketing'.  You do whatever you have to do to get the bettors money.   That message needs to broadcast to all gamblers, the vig is bad enough but the predatory touts are criminal.

They knew what they were doing when they started posting.  Get a little hot streak going, then when they start losing, pull out and get suckers to pay.  Not falling for it.  There will be come like them and do the same stunt.
