Anyone heading to Heaven on Earth?

Is anyone going to be in Detroit this upcoming weekend?  I'm leaving Friday and will be there until Tuesday.  Than i'll be heading to New Orleans for Spring Break.   Just curious if any other Covers Degenerates will be in Detroit aka "Heaven on Earth"?

Also is it pretty easy to scalp outside of the Final Four? E-bay has dirt cheap tickets and my friend from Mo-Town said they are pretty easy to find up there right now.



Haven't had much time to post lately.  My parents are moving back North tomorrow and I had a friend that just got back from Iraq come into town this weekend unexpectedly.

Not sure where the party is Spartan.  Just trying to figure out my ticket spot for now.

Wish I was, but going Vegas for the Final Four instead.  Hope it will be as 1/2 as rocking as when you were there.

I sure as shit will be.  Crazy how having the Spartans in the final four has increased tickets by almost 5 times. 
There will be plenty of brothers scalping tickets around ford field, however that gets real annoying, you never know if the damn tickets are fake these days, with ticketfast. Also,  the place holds 79 thousand people, so tickets aren't gonna be that hard to come by.  I've gone to a couple basketball games there, and every seat in the place blows. I was sitting 3rd row behind the state bench, when they played carolina earlier in the year and i couldn't see the game hardly at all.  Its because they raise the court about 4 feet in the air and the seats around the court are not raised.  Besides that, the games are gonna sick, and its gonna be one hell of a weekend. 

Ill definately be there and I am gonna get nasty.  Huge weekend

the economy must make scalping a little more worth it.

...i will say to wait until a little bit after the game starts when the prices go way down, as i had to give my #6 Okie State-#1 Texas ticket away practically for $20 on an $85 ticket that i was almost sure would go for over 2 bills.

...i'm so jealous KGC but have a great time

People are joking this Adam thing since i posted the link lol. As for tickets, get them now on Ebay if they are cheep. If you're flying somewhere for an invent its always easier on the mind knowing your getting in then scrambling once you get there. Word is this would of been lucky to get about 65% of the seats filled. However, with Michigan St. there people are hanging their hats on them. This is the first good thing that has happened to Detroit this year and the fans will come together for this is what they are saying. Not to mention you have 3 relatively east coast teams involved so the travel wont be much for the fans of Uconn, UNC, Villanova, and the previously mentioned Michigan St.

Get em in hand and don't hassle is my best advice.

Who wants to miss part of the game though.  Especially when cappers like us have excess amounts of money to spend from all of our gambling profits.  I hate overpaying for a game, but this at least to me, will be one to remember.  KGC, its gonna be rowdy, I think theres gonna be some serious tailgaiting on Saturday.  You like whiskey???

I think Detroit is probably the opposite of Heaven.  I've only been in the airport there but considering it had 2 million people living there in the 50's and only 800,000 now, I'm guessing it isn't Heaven!

Welcome to the D baby ... That's where I'm from, but I just started a new gig so I won't be going back ... Getting together with a bunch of Michiganders and State Alums on Saturday (and hopefully Monday) ...
 
But have fun kgc ... Make sure you make it down to GreekTown (Old Parthenon preferrably) and head over to Lafayette Coney Island late night ... 1 UP HEAVY CHILLY NO ONIONS!
 
Cheli's Chili and Hockeytown Cafe are great places to be as well ...
 
Gosh, I miss that place ... I'm jealous you're going ...

JOKING ABOUT HEAVEN....lol.  I've been to Detroit, years ago.

Still can't find just a single ticket for a good price.  Everything comes in pairs so far that I can find.  Nice friends I have buying their tickets and then asking me if I wanted to go

I will be throwing it down at The M casino and resort in Vegas the only sportsbook with in game lines and I only live 4 miles from it.

single ticket will be your best bet... ive had great success with scalpers and tigers vs  yankees games.  i'll most likely be making the trip from indiana
