Betphoenix Major Problem

#1Posted: 4/1/2013 5:27:38 PMHas anyone had a problem withdrawing money from Betphoenix?  I have been a loyal customer for many years and have never made or requested any withdrawals.  Today, for the first time, I requested a $1,200 withdrawal.  First, I was told that there would be a $50 fee.  Then, I was told that I could only withdraw $1,000, even with the fee.  Then, after I requested the $1,000 withdrawal, I got a call from them 10 minutes later denyingmy request for any withdrawal.  According to the lady that I spoke with, she said that I had only bet  $23,890 and was required to bet $27,303 before I could withdraw because of roll over requirements.  Are you kidding me?  I have been a customer for probably 10 years and have never made a withdraw request.  then, this happens the first time?  Anyone else have this problem?  If you can&#x27;t widow money from Betphoenix, why would anyone ever deposit money there?  Please help.

you ve lost 24k with them and never withdrew a penny

you bet 24k with them over 10 years and didnt meet a role over requirement? i think im reading this wrong. at least i hope i am

You are being robbed. It boggles my mind that anyone still bets with these criminals. Worst F&#x27;N book in the business. Unbelievable. I was never stupid enough to bet with these clowns but that story makes me mad.

if you dont get anything resolved you can try this site. they are supposed to monitor these offshore books. im not sure if they really do anything or not but you can try, maybe if nothing else they can give them a black mark.

Betphoenix has ridiculous rollovers because they give ridiculous bonuses. They'll give you 100% bonus sometimes, but you have to roll it over 12 times.

I used to play with them. I lost a ton of money, but turned a $300 deposit into over 15 grand. I withdrew 2k a few times without an issue really. They came in money orders via registered mail. I dumped the rest and started depositing again.

They started cutting my max wagers and reducing my parlay odds. That was the last straw for me. They call me all the time trying to get me back, but I'm a loyal 5 dimes customer for life now. Easy deposits, best parlay odds in the business, and unlimited wagering options.

Betphoenix has had their rating drop pretty bad in the past year or two. Went from an A- to a C. I wouldn't trust my money with them at this point.
