Mick Cronin should have no problem getting his team up for this game especially with NIL.

The school will have Walton's family there and All students get a Bill Walton Tie Dye TShirt.

Greats and players like Jabbar, Marques Johnson, Vandeweghe, Don Mclean, Tyus Edney, Pooh Richardson, Mitchell Butler, Bob Myers are invited and many are expected.

I met Walton a few times when I worked in the nba.

He was always friendly and we talked about his hometown of San Diego and of course, the Greatful Dead

Some kids are in it for the education, the experience and the money.

Many only for the money...take a look at Rutgers...Harper and Bailey are getting big Nil.contracts( Harper's dad Ron had a long nba career) and the rutgers team has NO chemistry with '2 elite' talents.

You either loved him or couldn't stand him in the booth . His random tangents about different rocks at the Grand Canyon or some other ish. He did know a bunch of odd facts lol  he carried that trailblazer team also !! Rip Dude 

I was very saddened when he passed away last year. To me, he was the best dude to ever be on the end of a mic. Now that the Pac 10 is gone, and him as well, college basketball has taken a backseat for me. 

I enjoyed him 

Cronin got his 500th career  and 20th this season on Bill Walton Day against Ohio State , and he's from Ohio and coached Cincinati.
