Howard has been the class of the Meac fending off Norfolk state for the last couple years.. this year they are once again the team to beat.. I like the continuity early in the year.. Bryce harris is preseason player of the year for the Meac and he's joined by fellow bison Dockery on the first team.. they added a couple nice pieces in the transfer portal. Anwar Gill brings a ton of minutes over in his 4 years at Lasalle. Johnson a full time starter at Dartmouth and the size comes from the explosive notre dame transfer Dom Campbell.. meanwhile tennessee state has essentially pieced together a lower mid major team with really no returning production.. The URI transfer Brandon weston looks to be the only real scoring threat. And might take a while for this Tigers team to gel..
