Hello all - I went to deposit yesterday using Blockchain at Heritage and I noticed the wallet address was longer than normal. I tried to deposit using blockchain and it kept failing. I talked to customer service at Heritage and they told me they changed their Bitcoin Wallet Address format, but it should still work with most exchanges. I have done tons of blockchain transactions, but I could not get it to work yesterday. Has anybody else encountered the same issue? IF so, how did you fix it? Thanks in advance for your help :)

honestly, i dropped heritage a couple years ago. their customer service has turned to shit and i found them not to be the least bit helpful. after they changed their decreased juice policy to a promotion, the same a rollover promo, and didn't notify anyone, i had enough. sorry that's not the answer you're looking for, but they should've given you a better response to begin with. i went to bookmaker and betonline and never had a problem again, including bitcoin withdrawls and deposits. hope you get it figured out!
No team is as good as it looks when winning nor are they as bad as they look when losing

I have never had an issue with them until yesterday. Apparently, they just changed Bitcoin formats a week or so back. They always pay me within hours, so I prefer to stay with them. I was hoping somebody else had this same issue and had a resolution. Thanks for the feedback though :)

cant say that I’ve ever had this issue. Bitcoin transactions are as easy as they get no matter the book. Like I said, you can go to any book and get your money just as easy. Hope they come thru for you though
