1-1 on picks after going with UCF in a battle of 2 horrible teams.UCF coach deserved to be firedafter that abortion. Now don"t think I got a hard on for Tulane but they are bad and Houston towers over them in every statistical category. They met twice this year with the cougs winning both times by 18 and 13 pts.Houston held Tulane to 34% shooting in both contest and out rebounded them in total 79-56. Houston ended the year with 2 huge wins over UConn and Cinncy and are rested.Maybe the Tulane coach gets canned after this game.Lets get this!!

I'm taking a shot with the nba as i heard that butler from the bulls may not play. This is huge for the bulls n their loss. Miami was running hot 5 games till them bucks beat them. Miami won both games against da bulls already. Miami still has a stingy defense. I'll take my shot here with miami as the replacement for bosh is better than the replacement for butler. Miami also sits higher in standings than 8th seeded bulls.
Daymn write up with no $$$$ sign makes me feel naked lol

$$$$ Golden State Warriors team total over 120 $$$$
Tonights game versus Portland is ALL about revenge. Big time revenge! Portland laid an old fashioned butt whooping on them on February 19th, scoring a crazy 137 points and giving up 105. I watched that game and how Lillard just blew up scoring 51 points himself. Golden State was *not* happy at all that day, and there was an impressive amount of trash talking from both sides afterwards. I can guarantee you that game is firmly implanted in the minds of Golden State players for tonight.
Friday night, Oracle Arena will be jumping. Fans know what happened February 19th and will be high energy tonight in support of the Warriors.
Golden State has been playing 'okay' lately but not nearly as sharp as before. They are still winning (except for that ugly loss to the lowly Lakers) but not winning with dominance. I think part of it is mental, they seem to have a hard time getting up playing the weaker teams. It is natural, hard to stay militantly focused for all 82 games. But I have a feeling that Portland has their attention tonight. They would love to return the favor and drop 130+ on this rival.
Another reason I like the Warriors to surpass 120 points tonight is Portlands defense on the road. I have a lot of respect for Portland at home. On the road? Meh. They just finished up a rather lengthy and tiring 6 game road trip (over 9 days) and gave up 116 to Boston and 117 to Toronto in the last two. Then they return home and give up 123 to Detroit. All three of those opponents have solid offenses, but we all know that a properly motivated and healthy Golden State team at home can be absolutely, brutally lethal.
Speaking of health, Golden State had a few issues in that regard which may partially explain their above average but not great play. Draymond Green was very sick for a stretch, and it affected his scoring. He is feeling good again. Also, Steph had a slightly gimpy leg, but last I checked that is no longer a problem. They also are getting Andre Iguodala back.
So more or less a full roster and again I expect a spirited performance out of them today. I envision close to a complete reverse of that prior game with Golden State dropping 135 on Portland. Taking the game over 228 might be a good bet also, assuming Golden State does score 130+. I just do not have the same confidence in Portland reaching 100. Lillard and McCollum are both shooting well and Golden State plays at such a high pace that it could happen. Still like Golden State team total over 120 better though.

If somebody had told me that both UConn and Cincy would score over 90 points today I would have say they were nutso and should be commited. Freaking crazy game! I wonder what the record for overtimes is? I remember a Big East game years ago (involving Syracuse I think?) that was just an epic overtime fest.

I do have a smaller bet on Golden State -13. Like the team total over better though as who knows, Lillard might go crazy again, he is a great scorer and when on a hot streak can look an awful lot like Steph Curry. Fun player to watch. Oakland is his home town growing up so he will be motivated to put on a show as well.

I have a soccer $$$$ play I want to share. It's technically a Saturday match, starts at 2:30 AM (US/CT) so figured I would just post it here, since Saturday's thread isn't up yet and I won't have time later.
Current $$$$ record is 2-3, all soccer.
$$$$
Australia A-League
Brisbane Roar - Melbourne Victory OV 3 (even), or OV 2.75 (-130) if you can get that and want to get juicy. The latter would win half if it lands on 3, which is certainly possible. I'm wagering we won't see LESS than 3, but bet both lines.
This one is pretty simple. Brisbane has been MONEY on the overs this season. Like 11 of their last 12 league matches have hit 3, and 8 of those have hit 4 or more. Hardly means it's a lock to continue, but have to keep riding that train, especially when 3 is at even money.
Victory haven't been as money as Brisbane, but on the road they've been scoring, with a goal in their last 6 road matches, plus 2+ in the last four.
$hit happens, but I just do not see this one getting less than 3.
It's an Aussie soccer match at 230AM (Central) so PLEASE take it for what it's worth. I am going 2 units on this, which is my standard "larger" play of late.
If anyone wants to move this to the Saturday thread when it's up, that'd be awesome, I might not be able to, depending on what happens later in the evening.

$$$$ well guys I wasn't sure I would post anything because I couldn't find any thing I liked. A lot of fishy lines out to me examples being Illionis and Indiana. But I found a line I love. Ohio St/ Mich St over 143.5. These two teams have played twice in the last couple weeks and both times the game was over this total, with the last game being 160+ plus. Ohio st has figured out how to play without Tate and has their offense clicking. They started off slow in their first game of the tournament but I don't see them doing the same tonight. Now Mich St right now is playing on a whole another level. Come tournament times they are never a team you want to mess with. I seen Mich St scoring into the 80's and Ohio state getting into the 70's. This game should be 150+ with no problem. Ohio St is fighting for a tournament birth so they will do everything they can to win and they will foul till the end to make sure of that. Good luck everyone

Those that continue to post winning plays - here's to you all!

I am going with the Utah Running Utes -2 tonight as they are on a mission this year and they have not yet won a conference championship since joining the pac 12 in 2011. They will be eyeing a shot at their first, as they face the Cal Bears. Cal has been looking better recently winning 5 or the last 6 games. But they have yet to prove themselves this year against the best of the Pac losing to the Utes this year by a score of 71-58. I think they get it done tonight to put themselves in a position to win the PAC 12.
Notes: I'm personally playing the ml @ -135 but -2 should be tracked as my $$$$ play. This is one of my biggest plays on the year.

I'm all out of $$$$ to share so here I go. I am playing these and the one in bold should of been my golden $$$$ had I won last night's game.
kansas -6 - beat baylor 2x by 28 and 6 points akron -9 - beat bg 2x by 15 and 35 points kentucky -9 - beat bama 2x by 16 and 25 points mich st -11 - beat oh st 2x by 19 and 16 points st. joe -1.5 - beat geo wash 1x by 18 points st bona -3.5 - beat davidson 1x by 12 points
"maybe" play when line comes out depending on given spread ohio -- beat buffalo 2x by 19 and 7 ore - beat az 1x by 8
I'm also on ohio -1 and loving the line movement on this one. STill couldn't figure out why the line is so small. Trap line perhaps? A team the beats buffalo by 19 and 7 in the regular season and how can they be a dog at opener and now a fav?
Let the game dictates. ohio -1 for me.
