Crazy that Fresno St line is all the way up to -6 now!  Glad I locked that one in early.

Golden State 81 points at halftime.  Yep, they had this game circled all right.  Revenge.

Disappointed in St Bonny.  Hopefully Oklahoma holds onto the late lead and completes their comeback.

Lady luck is turning her back on us all of a sudden.  Tough late losses in the Oklahoma and St. Bonny games.  Tough luck.

Thanks Oracle and Brosuf! I only post about teams that I know very well, so I don't post plays on a daily basis.

It's very strange but hardly anyone has noticed that the Hornets are 14-3 over their past 17. They are doing this very quietly, with very little coverage on ESPN or any of the other media outlets. They got decent  coverage a couple of weeks ago when they beat Cleveland, but other than that not much. Eventually, the lines are going to catch up with them but for now Vegas does not seem to be giving the Hornets much respect.

I know that I am bias, but I don't think that there is any team in the East other than Cleveland that the Hornets should fear.

I don't follow the Eastern conference as close as the West, but last time I checked Toronto was not chopped liver, although they do tend to choke come playoff time.  Atlanta Hawks are starting to resemble the team that wowed folks last year.  Miami Heat are fairly formidable when healthy.  I think they are a wildcard, as playoffs can favor defensive minded teams.  Boston also is a well coached team that can score in bunches.

I agree Lakerz...all of those teams are good, but I would give the Hornets a 50/50 chance at beating any of them in a 5 or 7 game series.

donkey_dealer - that was a good bet.  Wish I tailed you on that one instead of taking Oklahoma +1.  Although by the sound of it, they came oh so close to winning it with that last second shot that was just .1 seconds too late.

Scottish First Division: Stenhousemuir vs Peterhead

Saturday morning takes to Ochilview Park in the quaint Scottish village of Stenhousemuir.  The Scottish First Division is actually the 3rd level of soccer (behind the Premiership & Championship) in Scotland, so it's certainly not a very high level.

On the season both teams have played 28 games and amazingly enough there been 99 goals scored in each of their campaigns. Peterhead have scored 66 while on the flipside Stenhousemuir have shipped 62. 

This is a bit of a risky play because of the variability in scoring in this league.

Four out of the last five matches involving Stenhousemuir have landed exactly on 5 goals.  However, 5 of their last 13 have been 0 or 1 goal affairs. It's an all or nothing proposition.

Peterhead is a far more reliable of an "over" play with 7 out of their last 10 with 4 goals or more.

The matches between these two this season have all gone over:

Today is Saturday March 12 and my second pick I will be posting since joining this site last week. I explained my reasoning behind the why the Washington Huskies would cover the 7.5 against Oregon on Thurs and they did. Which makes me 1-0.
As for today I am going with Seton Hall +7 and quite frankly I believe they beat Villanova to win their third Big East Campionship and first since 1993.  The Pirates have been underrated all season long and I believe today they will get the attention they deserve! 
I was surprised to see them getting 7 points, this is likey to be a buzzer beater kinda game which could honestly go either way therefore having a 7 point security blanket is value that I will share with you here today! Good Luck!

I got Temple at +2.5 and I'm making them my $$$$ play. UCON is coming off a the big 4 OT game where they should've lost. How much energy is left in the physical and emotional tanks? Thin Temple will be well rested and their defense should wear them down. I'm 5-2-1 and this is my 3rd pick of the week.

Nothing personal but Atlanta Hawks have no heart and not enough talent to ever make it past first round of playoffs! !
