Bubba, I must post my $$$$ play for Friday on tonights thread as i must go to work in
AM and wont have time
My $$$$ is TEXAS AM -13 $$$$. AGAIN I PICK the Aggies. Based on their athletisism, maturity, and the simple fact they are rolling. A and M will play a,zone defense that will stifle GB, as Aggie shortest starter is 6' 5, and GB will struggle to get open in the middle of that zone. GB will struggle to pass the ball into the lane, and will be forced to shoot perimeter shots. A@ M wants to spped up the tempo of the game, GB likes to control tempo, and when they cannot control the tempo, GB has given up over 100 points against hgh efficiency yeams four times, and 90 points once to teams that run in transition as Texas AM. Aggies bring speed and size to the game, a bad combo or the plodding, vontrol GB offense. Billy Kennedys team scores in bunches off of transition, and this will not fare well for GB. GIVEN, GB HAS PLAYED OAKLAND, YOINGSTOWN ST AND VALPO, in regular season Horizon contests, high scoring teamsand gave up an avg of 104 points in a combined meeting with E Tenn St, Oakland, and Youngstown St. Texas Am will control the tempo, and will get too many easy buckets in transition in this matchup. Defensive zone by AM plus easy transition points equals a blowout by 20 plus points. Give me$$$$ Texas AM -13 $$$$.
