Covers Bloodbath: Houston Cougars

So many post on Houston. This never turns out well lol 

It does feel like 90% of board is on Houston  

Dunno how you can say it never turns out well when someone makes a 'covers bloodbath' post every other day on here, it's not exactly original and usually based on someone just reading the last 3 hours of posts a full 20 hours before the game

just IMO but there is a world of difference between the message boards on any given day vs a national championship game, or the NFL playoffs, or NBA finals. you get far more noise on games like this, so yes a covers bloodbath call is more relevant today than on every 2nd day, like you say.

on games like today you get more of both...you get more trolls & drunk posting, & you get some real high IQs capping things like you never see on mundane regular season games. i do think the high activity is evidence of a public conscience & ergo you can read what the public thinks on this game.

I just counted 23 picks on the 1st page for the full game and its 13-10. More people on Florida. Not sure how thats a blood bath on Houston.

love the forum-as-public angle but this game doesn't have it.  more 50/50, this game won't qualify as a bloodbath. GLTA

 This is a 50/50 game. The line says it all. FLORIDA does hurt the books on futures a little. Doesn't matter pick your heart and what you see. Stats are meaningless at this point....

SEC is a much more battle tested conference. Both teams don’t give a shit about Covers members opinions. Both team are going to try to go win it. I think Florida wins this game. They have not lost to a Non SEC team this season. I don’t think Houston is better than Auburn. It will be a good game but the SEC is the best conference which leads me to believe the SEC will win the title.  

Put Florida in Duke’s situation, the Gators would not choke like that with a veteran team.
