Don't know why the public matters in this particular case.

They were at 70% spread with 80% on the ML and they covered.

Who says they can't do it again?

i don't care if it loses,

FGCU is ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY UNEQUIVOCALLY THE CORRECT PLAY AND A MUST PLAY

disagree this game reminds me of the broncos patriots game last year playoffs when tebow won the game v pitt and then got annhilated vs the pats...i know its a cross sport analogy but im getting the same feeling i had then.  Initially i really liked tebow and broncos to win against the patriots and keep riding the dogs, but eventually reality will set in and florida will just manhandle this squad.  gotta know when to ride the dog  and when to back off i think fl gc's ride comes to a screeching halt v the gators...bol in w/e you choose gironguy

i see what you're saying bro, and you are right, sooner or later you have to jump off the bandwagon on a dog,

    but,

this is not your typical low seed, they play at a different level than past cindarellas,

will they beat Florida?  i dont think so because florida will have plenty of tape, and they will be very motivated to shut the public and media up about this new darling,

however, in watching FGCU play, i can honestly say that i cannot remember a mid-major or lower team built so well at all positions on the floor, that shares the rock like they do, and knows what they wana do in both the halfcourt and the transition, and can actually deliver it,

they beat down to pretty athletic, well-coached teams in g'town and SDSU

and FTR, i just knew that Tebow and his mates would get slaughtered at New Eng when they were +13.5 in Jan 2012,

Tebow as a QB does not have even 30% of the game that this FGCU team does,

this team is a legit 8 or 9 seed that was seeded 15,

    they are for real

Tebow beat a slumping Steeler team at home in mile high on a fluke in route slant they went 70 yds,

FGCU is beating higher seeded teams for 40 mins, bro,

    big big big difference

Line seems to reflect what Florida has done all season long. Blowout or lose straight up. I would rather watch this nice matchup but take the ML if you really need to take a shot at this

i just saw the fgcu/sdsu game live last night and i must say--- they are some legit athletes--- they also have nothing to lose-- ml is far fetched, but +12 or 13 is tasty

     41.8% FG% 57.1% 3pt% 66.7% FT% Team Rebs: 3 Total TO: 18

They lost this game by 34 earlier this year. They were out rebounded by 10+. They have been out rebounded in both tourney games so far.

Nobody is taking them lightly this far in.

"this is not your typical low seed, they play at a different level than past cindarellas,"

What do you mean by that?

I just don't see the Eagles covering here. Florida is lengthy and athletic, with a solid defense. 12points in this tournament is hard to give though. Billy getting this long to prepare, Eagles won't be able to match the scoring of Florida. Bol guys

most low seeds don't have athletic bigs that can run the floor and play well in transition, so they get mired in the halfcourt game the whole time, cannot play at different speeds,

FGCU built completely, can play any tempo, can run, gets back on transition D, just a very well built team

    slightly better at most.  slightly.

i think 13 pts is too much, hell i took it at 11.5 like a dumbass because i thought it would go down to 11 or even 10.5.

i think the true line should be 9.

What made you think it would go the other way? American bandwagoners aren't the ones betting the game

All I know is I want to see the Coach of Flor.Gulf wife again, that is one good looking Women,
think the over might be a good play if in the mid 130s,the whole world is going to bet this school because American's love underdogs,I don't think the side is the play because if Flor.wins it is by DDs.
