so by doing those hedges the most you'd make off your original longshot futures bet would be what, like 3.5 k or so? Y not have just made a smaller bet on the uconn future in the first place then. I got them at 55-1 before the season and I'm letting it ride, I only put 20 bucks on it so perhaps I'd feel different with more on the line.
I just dont really see the point of the florida hedge for you. If you can afford to put $100 on a 100-1 future bet, then netting yourself $400 profit from a florida victory can't really mean all that much to you, can it?

Think outside the box. You have today, tomorrow and saturday to parlay the Florida ML with other things. Find games you like, weather it be spreads or MLs, and add the Gators. Surely with $1500 you can get a much better payout than $500.
bol and awesome call at 100-1

The original bet was $100...Im guessing if you made that large of a future wager in the middle of the season, that $100 is not much..
I see no reason to hedge this bet at all...especially not yet...
I never hedge a future until the final game...
When you make a wager, especially at 100-1, you are pretty much assuming youre throwing the $100 down the drain...
Like somebody else stated, if you hedge now, and then hedge in the finals, you are taking a 100-1 bet and making it like a 30-1 bet for no reason what so ever....
Besides Wisky, I think UConn has looked the best so far....
Good luck with what you decide, but I wouldnt hedge unless they reached the finals

Not sure about hedging. Is it really hedging when you need to win multiple games? Florida is the obvious favorite n for good reason. UCONN is playing their best BB of the season.
I'm more in line with Train. Parlay the Fla ML with 1 or 2 other games you like. Obvious playing the lines in those games would be better but ML will still pay out.
Fla needs to be the last game of course. Just a thought. Regardless, you're in a good situation.
