Everything I looked at pointed to this play. The Thunder are 2nd in the league in points per game, 3rd in shooting %, 8th in 3 point shooting %, and 7th in free throw %. This will not be good for a Suns team that is dead last in points allowed per game and next to last in shooting % against overall as well as from 3. OK City has been consistent in scoring all season and even better of late. They have averaged 106 points per game over their last 13. These teams have met twice so far this season with OK City putting up 110 and 124. The Thunder put up over 120 tonight.

Thanks for the play, Desert. This is just stats regurgitated from Covers, though. If you have some insight about the players or matchups or how one defensive scheme will slow down the other team, we would love to hear it. I am assuming you have seen Wofford play several times, so maybe give us a breakdown of how they play and how they will match up vs. VMI. Just a general post about a basic concept of the LOCK Thread and now the $$$$ Thread......
We can all look at capping sites and see all the numbers and stats they us. If you are just looking at two teams you know nothing about and think you have found something in the Covers "Matchup" page, that is great. Please post your play and we thank you for sure.
HOWEVER, this thread is for your EXPERTISE. You are a BIG10 fan maybe. You watch several BIG10 games every week. You know the teams in and out. We then ask that you find the BIG10 play you are CERTAIN of from looking at the line and seeing that it just doesn't make sense based on the KNOWLEDGE you have of these BIG10 teams. So give us a great writeup that is breaking down the game and post it as your $$$$. That is the basic premise of the thread and what everyone is looking for.
I know there are a few $$$$'s posted every day here where the poster has literally never seen the team play a single time. They don't even know the team's colors. I ask that before you post a $$$$, that you at have watched the team play 3 or 4 times at the minimum. If you don't know that team, then find a team you DO know and give us a $$$$ from their game. Be patient and don't just post a $$$$ on a team that you have never seen play a single time.
Any of us can look at Covers and see the stats they provide on the Matchup link. We want your specific knowledge that none of the rest of us know.

However, it is very time consuming and the reason I used to do it was because over at CBS, we used to get 25-50 pages on the thread every day and it was too hard to look back for LOCKS. Here, we only have 3 or 4 pages a day so I am guessing you guys have 2 or 3 minutes to look back at the few pages to find the plays.
If we ever get way up there in pages again, I may start doing that if I have enough time. thanks!

crunching some numbers we all know by now oklahoma can score with the best of them. looking back at their last 10 every game has gone over this number except one and that ended @ 146. texas d has been legit, especially last 5. played one legit offense (kansas) and they gave up 76. shaka plays the havoc d which i think plays into okla tempo. heild, woodard and co will bounce back nicely tonight.
