To go with Kentucky, your pretty much going with most on this one.  So with that said, All in on Kentucky! -1.5.  I don't see how they lose this game. They've had the tougher road to the final four, has played better ball than Wisconsin IMO, to me there just a better overall team.

I want a team that's going to go get the offensive rebound, I want the team that's going to be aggressive and take it to the rack. I want the team that's more physical by far IMO. I want the team I believe that has more to prove and wants that matchup with Florida for the title.

Going with Kentucky, going with the Under 139. Wisconsin is going to slow this down as much as possible and get the best shot they can get like they have all tourney. I believe they relied to much on Kaminsky, I believe they're going to do it again and I just don't see him getting it done against Kentucky.

Except Wisconsin is one of the best in the nation at defensive rebounding and one of the best in the nation at not letting their opponents get to the rim and get fouled.  Good luck with that, though...

Louisville was #239 in defensive rebounding % and #130 and defensive FTA/FGA.

Wisconsin is #13 in defensive rebounding % and #3 in defensive FTA/FGA.

That's why Kentucky was able to beat Louisville and will not beat Wisconsin.

And they were able to beat Wichita because Wichita was 125th in strength of schedule and was not ready for Kentucky.  Wisconsin is 2nd in strength of schedule.

Forgot to include my first half play.

Taking Wisconsin first half +.5. Kentucky has only been in the lead at half once in four games in this tourney, against KSU, tied at half with Michigan.

Since all I'm hearing on hear is Wisconsin this Wisconsin that. I'm only going to bet the first half and see what happens after that. Get a feel for the game if you know what I mean.

Pounding the Under for sure, full game.

Kentucky has NBA prospects at every position and even coming off the bench.   Time to throw away regular season stats when looking at Kentucky.. they are clearly playing with more swagger and confidence than they did in those SEC conference games.   And Calipari has been here before.  I think we are gonna see a lot of lob dunks and if Aaron Harrison is hitting 3's late in the game again there won't be much Wisconsin can do.   Kentucky's last 3 games have been epic Final Four level battles.  No way am I betting against these guys.

Sticking with Wisconsin first half. I like what VV said about the contrast in styles, no one has tried to slow up the game against Kentucky.  I've watched Wisconsin closely, they work for good shots, they run their sets tell they get the shot they want, they never panic. Wisconsin is going to force you to play defense for 35 seconds, where as Kentucky is going to attack right away forcing the issue. This can be good and it can also be a problem for Kentucky if their not hitting right away. I want to see how both teams adjust to each others styles.

Everyone is wrong sooner or later VV, it's who stays  the hottest that people tend to follow. I respect what everyone has to say. I like this forum and the feedback we get from it, positive or negative, it helps out.

PapaShango, thanks for the stats man, love seeing stuff like that, to lazy to do it myself. I'm not a stat guy when it comes to picking games myself. I tend to go with the teams that have something to prove, who wants it more, who's not going to falter when the tough get going. the will to win, heart.  @%&# like that. All I know is Kentucky has been in some close games from the get go, and they manage to come out on top. This team was picked preseason #1 for a reason. They went through some tough times together, they stuck together though and kept fighting and now have a chance to prove why they were picked #1 in the beginning.  Hard not to look away from that.

That's all media jargon.  Fact is that they beat a Wichita team that hadn't faced talent like that all season and took them off guard.  Then they beat a Louisville team that they have distinct statistical advantages against.  Betting with your heart is the reason why people don't make money betting sports.  Basketball is about matchups and exploited strengths vs weaknesses.  What Kentucky does well, Wisconsin counteracts.  Laying points with Kentucky tonight just isn't a smart bet regardless of the outcome.  GL, though...

More to Prove, I don't think so. All I see is a team, same as other years, that has 5 McDonald stars stealing the dream that other teams work so hard for, flipping off the Ncaa world, buying the championship and then hopping to the NBA.I mean why else would they all go to the same school, then to humiliate what it's all about.
Same old, same old every year. Too bad they don't have to stay in school for 2yrs, then they wouldn't all choose Kentucky .

Wichita wasn't ready for UK? They shot 55% from the field and 47.6% from outside.. Cleanthony Early went off for 31.. It was back and forth high level basketball.. what game were you watching bro?

Papashango I respect u as a capper but how can u argue anyone taking Kentucky in this game? Like for me I have rode them all tourney to 4-0 ATS streak.... U make it sound like Wisconsin is a lock...... If Kentucky loses for me today I will fall to 4-1 betting them in dance. Why bet against that streak? Game def could go either way but ur saying people who bet Kentucky lose money in sports? Lol 4-0 thus far for those who bet them every game

Not even sure I am betting the game of not. If so u will see the play in my season long thread as always. I was just simply defending Kentucky backers in this spot. Papashango ur a good capper and good guy but I think u can also see my point. (Handshake). Should be an epic game regardless

Papa is a good capper, and I respect him, but he completely went off the reservation this year in college basketball.  At the very highest level of the sport, you can throw away the statistics from the regular season.  If you went by stats alone on Kentucky in this tournament, you would have lost a boatload of money.
