If you exclude the 1st round game Kentucky has arguably been the most luckiest team in NCAA tourney history. They were down against Wichita St late in the game and a few favoritism calls later they squeaked out a victory. Louisville had them beat until Russ Smith went full retard. Michigan had them on the ropes and Aaron Harrison hits a lucky 3. Wisconsin looked like the better team and again Aaron Harrison gets lucky and they advance.
Now on to Uconn. They dominated the 20-5 Villanova Wildcats. They out gunned the Phoenix Suns of college basketball the Iowa St Cyclones. Michigan St had the size and talent advantage and after getting off to a slow 1st half start they came out of the gates and shut them down in the 2nd half. Than they faced the big bad Gators. Not on only did they beat them twice but they did it convincingly. Shabazz was sleeping walking for most of the game and they beat what people considered the best team in the country again.
One team is barely getting by and taking advantage of suspect calls while the other team is simply out playing there opponents. I doubt UK will get a huge free throw disparity in the championship game with millions of eye balls locked in. The refs did there job getting UK to the title game now it's completely up to the wild cats. Uconn and Shabazz will not hand over lead unlike most of Kentucky's opponents so far. UCONN wins by 7+ points tonight.

I sure wouldn't call beating teams like Wichita, Michigan, Louisville, and Wisconsin "just getting by!"...those four teams they beat were the best....so if you can beat em all its not "just getting by"....I don't even like Kentucky but I think the national championship game was played Saturday night when Kentucky beat Wisconsin-who was my pick to win it all....Monday they just go through the formality of clobbering a team like UConn ateam I just don't think is kentucky's class!

You conveniently didn't mention UCONN beating St.Joe's in overtime ROUND ONE! UCONN hit a 3 to tie it and force OT --- yes they have dominated since but they could have easily lost in round one and just like many cappers on here, we never here from them again!

Here's the thing though in two of those games Kentucky would of lost if the refs didn't come to the rescue. Wichita St and Louisville were clearly better and in the other 2 games it took a miracle 3. Kentucky has been down by 3 or more possessions in all four of those games and at some point it's gonna come back to haunt them. There entire offense has consisted of offensive rebound put backs and the Harrison twins hitting a couple of lucky 3's late in the 2nd half of games. Uconn has arguably the best guard in the tourney and there a veteran team. If Kentucky gets down again like I expect them to Uconn will not give it up. The refs are not gonna cap for the Wild Cats in the Championship game like they've been doing for much of the tourney and the Harrison twins play terrible for 30 minutes and than get a lucky basket or two at the end but tonight it will be to little to late.

Okay they had 1 game come down to the wire you happy now.
The first round game means nothing as long as you advance. Sometimes teams come out with a bang and blow the other team out or sometimes they get off to a slow start in the tourney. They have won their last 4 games by at least two possessions and beat the best team Florida by 10 points. What has Kentucky done other than come back in much of their games and get lucky with a couple of prays and calls. If you combine Kentucky's total win margin in the 4 games after their 1st round game it comes out to 11 points while uconn's comes out to 33 points. If Kentucky would of played Michigan St and Florida and trailed at halftime they would of lost both of those games.

Almost everybody seems to be on UCONN and the line is not coming down. If the lines goes up at least 0.5 point, I will definitively bet on Kentucky. Kentucky is simply more talented. Good luck on your pick.

Everybody wants to cry about the refs helping Kentucky in this tournament I guarantee Uconn couldn't get through that bracket uk was in . Plus it takes a little luck along the way so if you like Uconn take them and quit that bullshit crying about someone cheating. I am BBN and that's real watch them cut them nets down and keep it in the great state of kentucky

And get out of here with "UK getting the calls." That is ignorant. They called like 6 off the ball fouls in a row on UK at one point in the Wisconsin game and half of those calls that put Stauskas on the line in the Michigan game were bullshit. Louisville also got calls in the final minute that kept them alive.
UConn should have lost to St. Joe's, beat an overrated Nova team, beat a good Iowa State team that didn't have one of their best players, beat a Michigan State team that just jacked up 3's all game and got 8 free throws. Beating Florida was impressive but not as impressive as what UK has done.
UK's front line will feast on this undersized team.

How were Harrison's shots "lucky"?

Like I said if Uconn ever got a lead they would never give it back and guess what they never trailed in this game. Kentucky kept coming back coming back and coming back some more but Shabazz and the Huskies always had an answer.
