Same. I bet Iowa. Maryland is not a good road team this year and Iowa is better at home. They've lost two straight and need this win. Adding to that, it's super tough to win on the road in the big ten and I don't see umd beating them at Iowa two years in a row. This reminds me of the Penn State game where everyone was on Maryland and Bam got ugly. Was the same spread I believe too

Hawkeyes can score. Solid inside outside presence with Garza and Wieskamp but they also don’t play a whole lot of defense.

Losing in the road to Nebraska was pretty concerning, but that’s been college hoops. Road wins are tough to come by.

With that said Maryland has some bigs they can throw at Garza to slow him down and they definitely have some guys who can put the ball in the basket. 

I like Maryland as well in a high scoring affair.

What are you talking about - the commentators points are valid. Your points are referencing games on neutral courts bud which isnt home cooking but isnt the same hostile road environments eh... In opponents arena, they have started the year poorly although both games have been against good teams.. iowa is a good team as well. It is food for thought and valid

EW, you've had to almost defend yourself against the growing chorus of people saying wake up, you are better just playing 1st halfs. While I wish no one to lose bets, well 95% of the time (some people are so extra that I do wish they take a dose of humble pie but I digress;), great to see us take one back on Stanford yesterday.

Yeah, when he said they beat Marquette at Marquette by 21 I'm like I'm what game is he talking about lol. The numbers speak for itself. Road wins in the big ten have been very very very scarse. You can count on one hand the road wins that have been picked up in the 10 so far this year. I'm very confident umd won't win this game, especially considering these two play each other again right around the corner. More than likely Iowa wins this one and loses the revenge game. I love when good teams drop two games and are in these spots because it's a must win for them.
