Went to the G'town/Cards game tonight. On the way home, sporting my Louisville sweater, I started bs'ing with a G'Town season tix holder. We both agreed both teams looked spent and we both agreed that Pitino is 10X the coach Thompson is. If you got a chance to watch the game, you'd have noticed Pitino substituting liberally while Thompson seemingly let the same guys in for longer stretches. It was as if big Rick was trying to find the right mixture and w/10 minutes left, he bought in his quicker guys to press - which helped them get in the game. It was a heck of a game and unfortunately my team didn't win, but they covered.

I'm mentioning this because I do have a great amount of respect for your analysis, but I do believe you do not give enough gravity to the coaches. Nobody should ever underestimate the power of leadership - and that cuts both way.

In this case, Thompson was way outclassed by Pitino. It showed dramatically.

I do respect his knowledge.That is why i am saying its a curse. He knows to much to pick this bad, If you want to take it out on me rather then him thats fine, what the hell. i think thats a good idea. Because i am sure a few are pissed that want to blow of steam.

Keep your head up boss.  I have a lot of respect for the way you ignore the bs on here.  As you know, gambling is a marathon not a sprint.  Every capper in this world goes through rough stretches.  It's inevitable.  I've had a ton of bad beats this year but I don't cry about it because I know they'll even out over the course of time.  Stick to your guns and do what you do.  These clowns don't realize you're hitting at a 56% clip over 206 games and up 17 units on the year.  Anytime you can churn a profit through this daily grind, it should be applauded.

How high can they set the o/u tonite in the BC-Carolina game? Both teams have alot of offensive talent and play no D to speak of. Looks like a no-brainer to me. Your thought?  GL tonite

Have to admit I am a bit stunned by the losing streak.  Down more units than I won in 2010 but life goes on and the way I figure it I am not betting on college basketball, I'm betting on my short list of cappers.  So, I'll bet less on NRopp for the time being and increase my units on the guys who are currently hot.  I'm sure I will be back tailing Nropp soon.

Excuse me but I want the pot of gold and all the freakin coin that I can get my hands on.  I think that knowing when to tail and when to lay off is an art form.  Can't get all steamed up like some ass loving wackos.

I rarely post on Covers but in this particular case I feel a need to. Here is a guy in Neil who is probably one of the best college basketball handicappers that I have ever witnessed and has the most concise write ups on teams and games, yet he gets hammered when he loses a few games. I have never understood these people who all they do is tail cappers without even putting any effort into the games themselves and then abuse those who make selections. Go into the contest section and see if this guy is any good over the long term and look at his winning % over the course of the entire year. I do hope he posts again soon and ignores those who come in here and beat him up for a few rough days, I for one have learned plenty reading his posts and put his information to use for my own self which has allowed me to show a plus profit this year something I can honestly say has never happened to me in years past. Come tourney time this guy will be a very valuable asset. Just my two cents. Best of luck to all.
