 In my opinion Danny Manning had the greatest NCAA tourney ever!  Danny And The Miricles the most unlikely NCAA champs ever.   Underdogs in every game including 17 point dogs to Oklahoma in the final where Manning delivered the perfect performance.

Watched Pete play every game at LSU. When he was a freshman theCow Palace would be packed for the freshman game.  Then would clear out before the varsity game started. (Fresman did not play back then)  I never saw anything like him before or since. His scoring records may never be topped and more than half his 2-pointers would be 3-pointers today.  I agree if you are under 60. Go to you-tube and watch Pete play.
