WVU/USF U 128 (2.5U)

As most of you know I am not a totals player but I think we see a great defensive effort out of Huggins and co. and really shut down a bad USF offense. I also see WVU being flat with it being a road game and big game on deck. I see them winning this game by getting back to the basics and thats defense and rebounding.

hey man, like the mich state play...this team is playing good ball right now...kansas looks intruiging but they struggled at tenn and against cornell u think they show up tomorrow and cover the 13?

im a unc fan but this game against clemson scares me....unc is really young and booker can somewhat neutralize davis/thompson up front..i think this is gonna be a tight game and wouldnt be shocked if clemson pulls out the W

PITT +6.5 (2.5U)

This line is a joke and I really want to slam it but I cant due to the fact PITT has only won 3 straight road games once in its tenure and that was last year with a Sr. laden group. That is Big East play by the way.

PITT is improving tremendously with the return of Brown and Dixon. Offensively and defensivly that is. I really think this is a pivital game from a conf. standpoint for PITT. I think they win this one they have a good shot at being 9-0 in conference play before heading to WVU.

PITT is winning these game with there defense. I think they will really frustrate UCONN defensivley as this UCONN group is not very good when teams bring relentless ball pressure or atleast from what I have seen this season. They become lazy and thats when they implode. PITT has enough to compete inside which should make this a great game. I will ride the hotter team in this spot looking to take advantage of the conf. standings. 

WSU -4 (10U)

This will probably be a square play but WSU flat out owns us. We have had struggled playing against this team for years. As WSU is 43-27 all time against us.

With Kelly out and now Lathan 2 of biggest transfers we brought I think we will see some downside now against the upper tier teams of the MVC. We live and die by penetrating and creating shots on the wings. Teams will now key in on Marshall big time and you take him out of the picture offensively then it becomes a big problem for us.

WSU is long, athletic, and deep. This is going to be a big problem for us deep in this game. Role players are going to have to step up big for us to beat WSU. Our biggest weakness is rebounding and this is one are WSU excels at and this should play a big part why we get dismantled.

ISU appears to be playing inspired ball but with 2 critical pieces gone we will spiral out of control against the better teams of the MVC that are more balanced. I would be shocked if we stole this one or even made it a game with UNI on deck.

Only way ISU covers this game is if they shoot 55%+ from the floor.
