NRopp, great stuff as always.
Nov. 12th, Florida Atlantic @ Portland?
Nov 13th, UL-Lafayette @ San Francisco?
I love betting both the Sun Belt and WCC, and would love to get your insight on these 2 matchups.

What do you think of Akron if they can get a decent number maybe nine im estimating against mississippi st.
Also Duquesne vs Zona, after seeing zona I believe they are overrated. I believe it comes down to how duquesne can shoot the ball and force Zona into turnovers. Duquesne's half court offense is inconsistent so they will need to force turnovers ans keep zona out of the paint. Looking forward to your opinion, thanks ahead of time

Duquesne/Zona total has to open north of 150...The Dukes press is as frenetic as any in the country and the already-bad interior defense lost one of the A-10's best shot blockers (Damian Saunders).

That is true they also lost all around player Bill Clark who was possibly their best shooter and leader. Even with the departures they look to be bigger than last year but their 7 ft transfer will not be eligible for zona game. They do have some athletic big men this year that will block shots. Scoring will not be as likely from the bigs this year though

isee u have n.colorado +10 at home vs a very very inexperienced n.mexico st team who loses all their key players. N.colorado still has proctor who has LOTS of big game experience and probaly the best player in this game. I would suggest n.colo for a HUGE play possibly a ml is the line does end up around there?

Ball State +15? I think that's too many points. This is a team that played very well in Vancouver this August. The most important thing about that trip is that they were able to start practice this fall in high gear. Thost 15 practices they got was essentially their fall camp, so that when they started practice a couple weeks ago it was simply a continuation from this summer. They only lost Perry from a team that played fairly well last year. I think this is a good team from the West, a division that has been very bad the last few years. The freshmen, Adeoye and Chapman (rex's boy) were able to get up to speed very quickly. Adeoye is expected to contribute very early on. With the loss of Koch and Robinson (both expected back after the first of the year) Chapman should get some early PT too. Scaife hasn't missed a beat since this summer where he really shot very well. Berry didn't play well this summer but had a great game last night, leading the team with 22 points. Kaminecki has really bulked up from all accounts. Really from what I've read the whole team has bulked up aside from JJ who just wasn't ever able to gain any weight. JJ and Davis are both seniors. When your PG and C are both seniors, there is a certain maturity that a team will have as both those positions are real leadership positions. Chris Bond will be the most athletic player on the court in pretty much every game they play. Bonzi has said that if he could ever develop a shot, that Bond reminds him of himself more than any other play he has seen in a long time. He can finish around the basket on fast breaks which, by the way, Coach Taylor has said they are going to run a lot more this year. He's been saying it every year, but finally they are deep enough that they can run and substitute without losing a beat. This is a team that went to OT against SJ last year in Alaska. They are used by now to traveling out West (Alaska, Vancouver, and now Arizona). Expectations are high in Muncie. They really think this is a tournament team.
