My 6 teamer tonight
Arizona State ml
libertyml
Stony Brook ml
oral roberts -19
Marshall -11
South Bama +4 (yes bought points)
doesn’t matter how much I put on it. I am recreational that plays a ton of bigger parlays when I hit one I normally start placing larger money wagers on 2 teamers. I do it for fun $50 a wack and when I hit I’ll throw $100 2 teamers together.not looking to retire just keep my mind occupied and if I hit some big ones my family knows

I post daily parlays/teasers, I have a method where I look for home teams that are better than the opponent through kenpom, pro bettor predictions, etc. I look to parlay teams that are getting anywhere from a -6 to -11 if I see potential. This generally consists of parlay'd teams with anywhere between a -250 to -500 ml's. I look for 2 or 3 team parlays here, been very consistent getting great wins through this tactic. Usually I play around with $50 on these parlays to add safe, consistent money coming in.
Today I did not see any teams I would put in a parlay except for Cornell.
I will make sure to keep titling this method "CBB Plays month/day ml, parlays, and teasers".
BOL to everyone betting!

Although arbs can be an "easy way to make money" but arguably they are few and far between.
Parlays are essentially just betting a higher stake on a second bet after you hit a win. So you are asking the sportsbook to take your original bet stake PLUS the profit earned and roll all that onto a second bet.
Parlays win a higher payout *because* you are staking more on that second bet (in effect)
To an earlier point, no books I know of actually payout "true odds," or they would all go bankrupt. Even a 50/50 coin-flip requires staking -110 to win +100 (true odds would be 100 for 100)
All that said - but with one MAJOR caveat - is the 3-team parlays do have a very tiny edge over other sized parlays (about 3% better as I recall).....HOWEVER, the caveat is this: one must be a successful, consistently winning capper ATS, year over year, for that to work to your advantage - otherwise parlays are a faster way to lose money than just single bets.
Allow me to restate this in another way because it is absolutely crucial: DO NOT bet parlays for anything more than mere "chump change only for some fun" *UNLESS* you have proven to yourself - with very well-kept written records over the years, especially this year - that you win consistently and significantly much more often than you lose ATS....and I am talking over hundreds and hundreds of winning bets

to hit a parley, you need consistency in results.
Where does consistency come from>?
Conferences matter. Big 10 gives you a lot more consistent results than the sun belt conference.
Each conference has a Beta- that is deviation from the spread. Calculate it. Start with just the big 10 and understand that conference until your get your system in place.
You will hit parleys in the Big 10- Anyone who can hit a parley in the Sun Belt- God Bless.
Look at your gambling habits- Thursday Night, the worse conferences play with deviation to the spread.
Monday Nights are more profitable. Track Conferences.
