What type of company? I was a GM for a construction in the area for several years ---- mostly during the good years so I didn't have to do a lot of the layoffs. It is always hard to let someone go --- but a little easier if its due to performance instead of the general economy.

wisbrun I don't have a POD today I have to have a 3 unit play to qualitfy and it is getting harder because the lines are getting very sharp as of late. 
 
Answer your question I can't say it is a system that Tmpeus and I have worked on and we feel it has some merit to it.
