Stick with Stanford if you were to do this Nova/Kansas game I would lean toward the over. I think Nova is a solid squad that has grown throughout the year and especially throughout this tournament so I could see them covering a 12 point spread, but I think you are safer with this Stanford bet as the Lopez brothers will find no match with Texas&#x27; below average interior game.
