The Kansas game is troubling me a bit.  Kansas should have won the last time they played if it wasn't for Mizzou attempting twice as many foul shots and hitting 10 three pointers.  Kansas crowds the paint very well evident by their #7 ranked opponent field goal percentage.. but they are vulnerable on the perimeter with a #181 ranked opponent 3PT FG%.  What makes you think Mizzou won't be able to hit the long ball today?  KU revenge angle and playing on he road?  Or are you just taking a cue from the line?  Interested to hear what you've got to say on this game.  Best of luck on the rest of the card.  Cuse looks good tonight.

Your right, Kansas should have won last time and you make the point that MIZZ attempted so many free throws at home, and i believe they closed the game on a 11-0 run to just get by Kansas.  Kansas is a very tough place to play and i think the fouls will be a little more even this time.  I am definetly taking a cue from the line, i think Vegas has this line right on.  Mizz has had a lot of up and downs this season despite their record.  I think Kansas will control the boards, i cant bet on teams where i have to depend on the 3pt shot.  I think Kansas controls the paint and scores when they want down low.  I love them being home but i do not make bets on revenge factors.

Thanks for the reply.  Using my model I'm showing Kansas should be -4.1 on a neutral court.  I've seen home court worth anything between 6-10 points on a line (+/- 3-5 points per team).  So it looks to me that this spread is right on point between the 7 - 9 range.  When the line opened at 6 it was gobbled up immediately y sharps because of the extra value and the fact that it was below basketballs key number.  While I agree that Kansas should win this game outright, the spread looks to be too close to the true statistical difference between these teams.  If Mizzou gets hot from the perimeter they'll cover, if they don't they won't.  I think it's as simple as that really.  I've got an action parlay with KU and SYR at -120.  Good luck with the rest of your card.  I'll be rooting for a Kansas cover and my join you on the spread depending what the halftime line offers.  I'll wait and see how well Kansas is defending the perimeter.

free throws cost us in Zona game,  they  couldnt hit any at the end of the game !

gl today orangemen.  I was on zona also.  tough break, couldnt hit their free throws in the final min.  Oh well.  They got back in position to cover the game in the final 1:30 but couldnt finish.  I am still happy they got themselves in position to cover.  Sometimes teams cant hit the freethrows.  It happens.  

On to the remainder of the games.

Wow what a first half for Mizzou.  6/14 from beyond the arc.  Kansas is getting more freebie opportunities but they're below 50% from the line.  I expect some regression to the mean for both teams, but a 12 point deficit is a lot to overcome even for a straight up win.  89-1 at home in their last 90!  Should be an exciting second half.
