Temple wraps up a three game road trip with a game against Fordham on Wednesday. The game will take place in the Izod Center in East Rutherford New Jersey. I really would love to complain about their loss against Vilenova but Temple just got beaten by the better team....on that night. I'm still worried about Fernandez who played a great 1st half but followed it up with crap. Ramone Moore and Scootie Randall have been stepping up as well besides Lavoy Allen. He had the quitest 20 point game out there.
Next up is Fordham and a trend in these games are Fordham covering in the 1st half. Temple has struggled to start fast at times especially against crappy teams. They fell behind against Central Michigan on the road. Problem is, there will almost definitely be more Temple fans there then Fordham. I think it takes some time to get used to the neutral court but Temple's going to cover this. Prediction: 75-54 Temple
Elsewhere:
Georgia Southern +6 -- Western Carolina shouldn't be favored over too many teams. GSU's offense isn't the problem...It's their defense.
Marshall +11 -- Extra motivation with Donnie Jones on the other side. I think the Thundering Herd are rounding into form.
ODU -13.5 -- Northeastern is without Chiasson Allen again. ODU will make them pay more then JMU did.
UAB/Duke Over 140.5 -- Duke has been under 80 points just twice. I don't think the Blazers struggle to score either.
