Love the Over first half in the Xavier vs. St. Johns game- 71
That's all good, Xavier scores alot and get's off to hot starts, St. Johns isn't great on Defense and neither is X.. but the problem is St. Johns Offense.
Some stats...
-Xavier is 8th in the nation in First Half Scoring @ 40.7 ppg
- Xavier is 213th in the nation in FH socring defense at 34.7 per, and gives up 35.4 on the road..
- St. Johns is #225 in First half scoring Defense allowing 35 ppg.

The Johnnies are only averaging 33.4 points per game in the first half this season. But with this being practically a home game and having a game already played yesterday, I expect them to come out ready, and why not? They are playing for an NIT birth right now maybe. They aren't going to be able to shut down Xavier, they are going to need to match baskets. Ponds has been great against Xavier, poured in 31 last time they met in NY on 12-20 shooting. It very well might be his last game and he's going to leave everything on the floor, expect a high volume shooting performance.
