Defensive battle. Top spot in the conference on the line. VCU defense at home has been a strength. Hofstra slight letdown after OT victory. If the letdown occurs on the defensive side of the ball, then VCU can name their #. Don't think Hofstra matches up well.

Thanks for your insight and plays so far. I have tailed many of your pics. I am a WKU season ticket holder, and your comments on them are dead on. One other thing to mention is that they had a very tough out of conference schedule. Now we, at BG Kentucky, think that all those loses beat the team up emotionally. They started playing one on one ball to outdo there teammates. Now it looks as if that has changed the last two games with the assists being up. They are playing much better team ball. Kerusch has played much better having 4 straight double doubles. Patillo actually had 5 assists last game, that seems like 5 more than he had all season. With that being said, I like WKU more than the total if than can get Sat. matchup with FAU out of their minds. GL

Only way I could lean (assuming you mean UNT and ULL). I would have played the over had I not dabbed on ULL. Only problem with the total is the way I see the game. I'm either dead on or I'm way off. I think one side wins pretty easy, just hope I'm on the right one.

Teams favored on the road after a road upset win with the opponent off back to back losses are 122-84 ats since 1990.  If the team is 3-0 su/ats which furman is, it breaks down to 18-6 ats.  I know alot of people find these angles meaningless, but it does portray how a team normally plays in such situations.

You are right about eastern kentucky, alot of strong situations favor them there.

Feel free to put me in the category of finding these angles meaningless. Doesn't necessarily factor in what lies ahead, nor does it factor in who the home team recently lost to on the road. WCU could have played Duke and Pitt on the road, two games they weren't expected to win and then come home to face a conference foe. Granted, they did not play Duke and Pitt, just offering an observation. They're coming off two of the hottest teams in the conference though.

It does factor in that they played a good team last time out (since they were dogs), it also factors in that theyre pretty good if theyre favored on the road in following game.

The trend is even better when its conference games off conference games just fyi.

I'm watching the Peay-EKU game … and the talent discrepancy between these 2 teams is tremendous. EKU is getting killed on the boards … Peay is simply bigger, faster, more athletic.

Second half started with EKU up by 5, but then it took them almost 7 mins to make their first FG in the 2nd, so right now they are down 7 with 13 mins left.

Anything can happen, but EKU is tough to watch.

Eastern Kentucky isn't bad when they run their Princeton offense and rotate the ball and get open looks. But when they start standing still or going one on one, there just isn't enough talent there. They've got to run their offense to pull this one out.

I'm mad at myself. I hit them pretty hard first half along with western carolina first half and game and was going to just take Austin Peay for the second half and guarantee a great night. Got a little greedy. Still a good night. Way to go Nropp
