By far the greatest sentence ever typed in the history of covers. I will look at your thread everyday for the next 3 months and physically laugh out loud recollecting that sentence alone. You have made my night, do your thing homie, thanks in advance!
You are too humble. That ham and cheese comment in nropp's thread had me chuckling for a few days.

The units will be tough to track IMO. 10 units to one guy may be a 'normal' bet for him. He may bet 10 units 4-5 times a week. Guys like JFen and myself and others are one unit players with an occassional 1.5 or 2 unit bet. For me the three unit best last night was my 2nd largest of year.

I was thinking about this last night. I realized that some peoples normal unit bets are going to be higher than others and that a 10 unit bet might not mean he is anymore confident in that pick compared to one of the other cappers that choose to do a 1 unit bet. As of now i really cant see how to properly do this.
Honestly i was thinking about just leaving it alone. All the cappers in this list are good cappers and are all profitable. So i was just saying that is how im going to track the bets bc that is how i am going to be placing them from here on out. The same will be said if a guy bets 10 units on a team and then another guy bets 1 unit on the same team, this will lead me to play a 5 unit bet on that team. I know this is probably not the best way to go about this but right now i dont really have a better idea on what to do.
The only thing i could possibly think of doing is creating a sub group with just the one unit bettors and track them as a sub group also.
If anyone has any suggestions on this please let me know.

No need to post a record. BGK is easily top 3 capper (if not #1) on this site in ALL sports.
well since i know you train i feel a little more confident in the nomination. The only reason he was not added was because he didnt post a running record and i have not followed him enough to track for myself. If i get more people asking for him to be added i will gladly add him to the list.
Also FYI indiansrock is being added to the group today.

Howard, you've got good intensions, but you are giving yourself too much work because these cappers don't all post at the same time, so you can end up wasting time just looking for their posts all day. Make it easy on yourselve and just use three that post early.

Isn't it a whole hell of alot easier to go to the contest page take the top guys plays there. When they have opposite plays on the same game you pass. Pretty simple, you have there units already calculated, so no funny business it just seems much more logical to me.

i realize this and i dont mind. It is actually not a whole lot of work to get all the early picks (before 6pm central) i simply search their name and find their daily threads and scan them.
the only real work is keeping up with their late picks which i think i have a solution for using my phone, although your right this part will be alot of work and i can not promise posting late picks in the thread but i will count them to the totals.
i like to keep the group big, i tend to think of it as a group of stocks.

i actually tried this in the past and i had very mixed results. I found that alot of people in the constests, especially the ones that are at the top, pick as many games as they possibly can. I dont disagree with the amount of picks they make because that is the only way to win the contest but because of this their picks cannot all be well thought out picks.

I respectfully disagree. At the end of the day, month, yr., decade its about the + and - on the units that matter. The top players on that page are picking winners and high on the board because they are in the positive on the units plain and simple.
Sure 99-94 is isn't the same as 5-0 because of juice getting you but they are high enough in the win percentage to overcome that.
You take the plays off of the top streak survivor guys, contest page and Ultimate race fellas you'll do fine. Just stay away from their UR hockey plays as those normally just high chalk plays.

how do you go about deciding who to follow on the leader board for streak survivor? What if the guys pick you chooses loses? Do you then follow him from zero on up again or do u move onto the next guy on the leader board?

i just went and checked the current top 10 streak leaders and their w-l records are not good for the most part. I think i saw one guy who had a pretty impressive w-l ratio but the rest would be burning money if you trailed them. A couple even have more losses than wins. I honestly would not even know where to start.

Honestly, I don't follow any of them. Sounds hypocryritcal I know. What I'm saying is the guys who have pending plays on that page are more likely than not to be hitting at a pretty good clip. You can even check there history to get an idea for there record and following whoever is on that list at that moment is more likely than not doing quite well.

now i noticed that the ultimate race on the other hand has impressive streaks. That being said this is the main problem i have with following these people . . .
Without knowing who they are i am not sure if they are just on an incredible run or not. I have only one example of this and it deals with the season contest for NCAAB. Webber in this contest was hot as hell right from the beginning. He then begin to slow down month after month. I was about to start trailing him but then i noticed a very scary statistic that held me from doing so. I noticed that as each month went by his winning percentage was halving and was getting very close to break even. After seeing this i decided not to trail this guy. I left it alone for a month or two and one day decided to go back to see how he was doing. Well it looks like the halving continued because his once huge lead was diminished and he was sitting in second being down 20K plus over the period of a month or 2 (take into account he flat bets 500 across the board, also take into account play money).
so he was on one hell of a heater but had you jumped on and trailed at his high point you would have lost a ton of money because he is not a consistant capper like the ones posting in these forums.
I am not sure about the vegas race people, i guess i would have to look into that but i see that as the only option if u want to trail contest pickers

Like I said this is the dumbest thread I have ever seen. First off you don't even have one of the top 2 cappers in college bball. Also you are posting so many plays you are doing exactly the OPPOSITE on what you need to do in order to win in gambling. If you are bettin more than 4-6 plays on a regular day you are LOSING. 99% of gamblers lose because they SUCK AT MONEY MANAGEMENT not because they are not hitting 60% or higher. You think juice is what kills gamblers its betting on 10 games and going 3-7 plus playing 3 parlays and then they just got their ass handed to them. 99% of people on here are full of crap and don't tell you exactly what they play. If see one person playing 1 parlay then they are playing 8 parlays at home and losing them all because they have one of their "BEST" plays in 7 of the 8. No offense to anyone on this list but I follow one person on this entire list. You can sit there and list everyones plays all day long but you will see just like today its a waste. Plus if you don't play multiple sports like the NBA as well you are at another disadvantage. There are also much better cappers in the NBA than there is in college even though college bball is the easier sport to bet on but by all means go for it. It's your wasted time kid.

handicapper, i am not sure who dropped your ice cream stick today but listen. I am doing this to simply track a goup of cappers on covers. I know for a FACT that you go around and trail cappers on this site. Shit, i am pretty sure you trail almost every single one of the cappers i am using. So what is it to you if i decide to condense all these cappers info into one thread that can be tracked as both a group as well as individually?
I know u started ur own thread for picks but once u went on a bad run you gave up . . . seeing you have not posted any picks in a number of days. I guess you realized it is better for you to trail.
I didnt make you click on this link and i am not making you click on it in the future . . . . shit if i had my way i would ban your IP from accessing this thread for being a pompas ass for no real reason. Your an angry person and most likely pretty sad. I will leave it at that. Please feel free to not enter this thread in the future. thanks.
Dipshit you don't know what the crap you are talking about and I sure as hell don't follow anyone but 1 of the people you have listed and the reason why is they are average and post too many plays. Nice try donkey the first night I proved my point. You have been here 2 months and too bad you cant BAN MY IP I am glad you went to look at my previous picks do you have a life? Yea I went on such a bad run. Did I have a losing record? Coming from someone who has never even posted 1 play. I have been around a long time so I see idiots like you all the time. I promise you that this thread won't last a month. Shit if I had my way I wish tailers that have never capped a game in my life and have nothing to do but tail other people and post their plays when none of them even want them to and all you are doing is pissing them off. Who are you to post people's picks that are not even yours. Did they say they could? Check yourself kid.

Once again handicapper, i did not MAKE you enter this thread and i am encouraging you to no longer click on it. I have no idea where you are getting this notion about parlays as none of these cappers are posting parlays. Further, i dont get your notion that they are not telling their best plays . . . . im looking at their records and they are all above 54/55%.
To answer your question about multiple sports . . . yes i am doing the same thing with NBA cappers on covers i just never made a thread for it.
Please sir, if you can find it in yourself to refrain from scrolling to the bottom of your page in the future when you enter this thread and typing something in the text box and clicking submit i would really appreciate it. I honestly do not care that you only follow one capper out of that list and that is your right, you have the right to make any choice you please. You also have the right to come in to peoples threads and hate on them, and looking at your posts, i see that you do that alot. Now pointless hating in threads could be for a number of reasons. Maybe your a lonely person and therefore you find enjoyment in harassing people of the internet? Maybe you were picked on as a kid at school and this is how you decide to get back at the "bullys"? Maybe your job sucks and you hate your life? Honestly the list is never ending and i could really care less what the reason for your constant harassment of the covers community is.
It saddens me that i have to repeat myself yet again but please mr handicapper33 i am asking you to no longer click on this thread.
Actually no, please click on this thread once more so you can answer the following question for me . . . . .
Mr handicapper33, if it is MY wasted time, how and why does that affect you?
