Train: AFA jumped out at me too. Gut feel says AFA.
Stats tell me that I can read a sheet and I am more confused:
- AFA fouls more, CSU went to the line 34 times.
- WYO has a better FT% (includes Martinez who is done-ski)
- AFA has a better offense, 70.5/game
- WYO has a top 10 defense in the nation, Opp Pts 57/game
- AFA Opp Pts 67.5/game
- WYO was 13-0 entering Conf. Play, they've gone 4-9 since (5-9 with CS-BAKE).
- WYO beat SDST, then again all the top MTN-W have too
- Both teams are in the bottom of more Defensive stats
Where is John Q Public on this one?
Felt a little cheated with Iowa St not getting the charging call as the end. That is a charge 100% of the time vs ISU in Lawrence.
