anyone think its weird that Airforce is such a public favorite, yet the line is moving in their favor...

Betting against Florida is about as much fun as going to the dentist lately but the Vols +8.5 at home is kind of tempting. Any thoughts there?

I never look at "who the public is on". It will save you 50% of the time and keep you off a winner 50% of the time.

Focus on the matchup, not what all the other kids are doing.

I think more often than not, betting against a strong public favorite is in our best interest.  Especially when it's 75/25 or higher.

Not to say your AF call is a loser, it's just something to keep in mind.  

If the line seems to good to be true, it usually is. 

Yesterday, 95% of the posters on here were ALL OVER Villanova,  You know the rest of the story...

One game has nothing to do with another. Nova one the road laying 4 is a lot different than AF laying 4 @ home to a squad at less than full strength.

Like I said, dont worry about who everyone else is on. Thats the easy way to get out of homework.

Not that it matters, but the last 2 Tuesdays, huge public favorites have covered.  I know because I followed the RLM and got killed.  Judt throwing it out there

I love when people think they are teaching Train capping techniques.  Dudes been doing this for a long arse time people, pointing out percentages to him is probably the same as pointing out the sky is blue.

Ive been wrong before, and if AF doesnt cover you wont see me in here crying. I just dont follow reverse line movement or public wagers. You simply cant bet based on stuff like that. I bet last night before any of the %'s were out. Why? Cuz I dont really care what anybody else thinks. I was on UNLV saturday at this same spread and it was never in doubt. If Wyoming can muster up a good game on the road then I will lose my money. Not a big deal. I'm just betting AF doesnt let that happen.

I'm just trying to have a thoughtful discussion here with someone who seems to have reason and intelligence behind their picks.
