Um... K-state - 2 against Utah State???? What a joke!!!

This line is hilarious. I understand that Utah State is a solid team, but no way should they be less that 7-8 pt dogs in this situation. Their offense seems to run through their decently talented bigs, but guess what?

K-state has a whole stable of big bodies to slow these guys down. Curtis Kelly will fight Tai Wesley all day. Roberts will slow down Jardine. And that leaves Jacob Pullen to be the difference maker that results in a 10 pt victory.

K State play of the round for me. Utah St getting this much respect is a joke. They have beaten nobody. They went on the road and beat St. Mary's and that's it and it's not like St. Mary's is a top team. K State recently blew out Kansas wire to wire. They led most of the 2nd half on their way to a road win at Texas. Could Utah State do that? The Kenpom ratings don't mean squat either. They rank the teams by using offensive and defensive efficiency. Well of course Utah State will have high efficiencies playing shit opponents. Stick them in the Big 12 all year and they're an NIT team.

playing in Tuscon and USU is the mighty underdog, so likely the crowd will be behind them.

the stats say USU is better on offense and defense, but SOS definitely on KState's side here.

USU is solid and experienced. KState is bipolar and experienced as well.

The line looks right to me. If "Hyde" KState plays the way they can, they win this easy. But if the "Jeckyl" Kstate shows up, it could be a nice little upset for the Ags

I have a feeling this game will attract a LOT of wagering.... on BOTH sides. There is a compelling argument both ways. Utah State had a great year and many feel they could be upset specialists in this tournament. K State, on the other hand, played great down the stretch and Pullem looks like a player that just can't be stopped right now. They also have good tournament experience.

Looking forward to watching this one.

This is a perfect thing to bring up. Last year, if you watched the game, you realized that this was a team that was a deer caught in headlights. That experience, and the beating, should put them in a fantastic spot for this game. It should have them very prepared for this game. That team was lost last year.
