On the same play. Purdue’s inside defense and USC able to score in the paint is what made me end up on the same play. Good luck

Wesley Yates gave this USC team total a huge boost by sinking an open three from the corner with 20 seconds left (after Purdue’s Caleb Furst foolishly threw away an outlet pass with under 30 seconds left), and then Yates raced up the court in the final seconds and converted a fantastic reverse layup at the buzzer. 

He scored 22 points on 8-13 shooting.

 

I bet the USC team total under 65.5 +115 and under 65.5 +110, and I gotta say, seeing leventis72 on the opposite bet felt deflating (to put it mildly.

Yates made two free throws with 8:21 to go for USC’s 24th and 25th points. They then went seven minutes with only one basket and nearly landed on their 1st half team total of 31 were it not for what Yates did at the end.
