Expecting the home-court to be a big boost as the #2 Virginia Cavaliers visit today. FSU is a monster at home averaging over 90 per game. Virginia has a suffocating defense, but with the 'Noles averaging 13 TO's per game I think they can offset that with a pretty descent rebounding advantage + second chance points. Should be a good game, gotta go with the home dog to play the role of giant killer tonight.
2) Texas A&M +7 (Top play)
Auburn is the most overrated team in the country, schedule is awful. A&M plays good enough defense & rebounds well enough to give themselves a shot at an outright W here.
3) Villanova -16
St. Johns coming off a massive win (the only win they have in conference) over Duke on Saturday. 'Nova may very well be the nations best team this year, think Johns comes out flat after the big W and get blown out by 20+ tonight. Nova won both meetings last year by 13... add to that the situational spot for St. Johns + home court for villanova I don't think 16 is a crazy amount of points. Johns gives up close to 50% from 3 on the road and roughly 81 points per game... Think they need 75-80 to cover the number and just don't see that happening.

I am with you on Nova and both FSU and A&M have a shot as they are playing well, but to say that Auburn is the most overrated team and has played nobody does not speak well of your knowledge of what is actually happening right now. This is not 2016-2017, just saying. Best of luck to you...

This should be a good battle atop the B1G tonight. OSU is a surprise team with some really talented players who can cause problems for any team. Namely Bates-Dip and Tate. Statistically these teams are pretty similar, edge to Purdue with the 3-point shooting and perimeter defese. OSU plays well on the road and will fight to the end tonight. I really like the Bucks +9.5 for the game, but I've watched them play several times this year and they come out of the gate so slow. OSU was getting blown out on home court by Michigan earlier this yr and then last weekend Illinois had them down 30-15 before going on a 19-0 run to close the half over the final 10 minutes. Don't think Purdue covers for the game, but I do like them to get out to a quick lead before the Buckeyes slowly creep back into this and make it a close game in the 2nd half. Might add OSU for FG, but like this 1st half play best for now.

Just my opinion, I've been wrong plenty lol. Just think the schedule they've played has been underwhelming so far. Who knows, there are surprises in college hoops every year, and they may be this years under the radar team for me. Just not buying them yet. GL.

I respect that. Not trying to be an ass we just have different opinions on this as happens sometimes. If A&M wins I will be one of the first to come back and give you props as you will deserve it. Best of luck...

No worries. I could not care any less if A&M wins outright, losing by 6 in any way is just fine by me!! My angle is that A&M can D up and rebound well enough to give them a shot to win... should be close, hence taking the 7. If Auburn shoots the lights out and rolls to a win then so be it. It wouldn't be gambling if I knew the outcome! All I have are angles before a game, and found one I'm comfortable with. GL tonight!

Does not hurt that they have their front line healthy again and I have alot of respect for them right now as they very well could be the 3rd best team in the SEC right now as far as playing well. Having said that, if Auburn plays the way they have since Sec play started with the exception of the road game at Bama I do not think they can hang for 40 minutes with Auburn's team speed, defense and at home. Great guard play will be a big key along with defense and multiple three's by a host of player's...Best of luck...

Thanks. Otherwise a bad day, was just waiting for A&M to blow it like FSU and Purdue (1H) did for me. Tough day, luckily A&M pulled through. Appreciate the feedback, look forward to your responses in the future, hopefully that'll help us find more winners!!
