Like i said in many posts before, i know line movements, if you pay attention and looks at the numbers then it would tell you what's going on.
First, WV has no roster changes, same starting 5, same for Texas Tech
Second, there is no way in hell anyone sharp is hammering Texas Tech.
So why is the line dropping in favor of Tech? oh maybe if you look at the numbers, as it is now, WV is getting hammered on the ML and spread, yea but shouldn't it be going up instead of down? yeah it should but notice one thing, when it goes down the total is staying the same. Why is it staying the same? because no one is hammering Texas Tech, that's why, no sharp, no one.
Guys i'll give you a very helpful tip, when a line moves 2 or more points and the total stays the same then that means line makers are moving it in the opposite direction to get more backers on the other team, they are trying to leverage things out!!
In this case here, We take West Virginia -2, they are giving you 2 points for free!!!, cause they know that WV has a very good chance to win and cover

WVU is clearly the better team at this point and rightly favored at -2 or -4
