They blew Mich St out at home a couple weeks ago. They won 80-61 I think, so they split the series there. I also thought they beat Purdue twice this season? Losing to Wisconsin twice hurts though, although in my opinion there is no doubt they are the only team in the Big 10 with what it takes to make a run. Nobody else in the conference impresses me at all.

Yea Chase, forgot about that game at home. Looked it up Purdue only once. They also won at Ohio st.I am just bitter right now that's all.

I agree with bigriver if Miss St. has the right draw they can make some noise ...Varnado, Gordon and Rhodes can flat ball.. After starting 5-5 they are 20 -8 and still not ranked

My Final Four
UCLA (defense, inside, outside, underrated point guard.)
Kansas (more defense, wears you down, depth)
Texas (great pg, tougfh defense during last month.)
UL Cards (i hope so!)
 
My only worries about UL is that our conference is one of the weaker majors and our current form may be a little more impressive than it appears.

Kansas St might not even make the tourney, and if they do I'd be surprised to see them in the Sweet 16.

In my opinion the Big East is one of the toughest conferences. The only one I might put ahead of the Big East is the Pac-10. The ACC, SEC, and Big 12 are all much worse, and the Big 10 just flat out sucks.

Although, I don't think Miss State is underrated at all. The SEC is a joke and Mississippi State struggle mightily on the road. Gordon is good, but he has been non existent in a number of games that the bulldogs needed to win this season. If Miss St. makes the tourney, I think they are a great bet to get beat in the 1st round depending on the matchup

Stanford is garbage. Sorry, but the twins are overrated. The guards on that team blow and Robin and Brooke are bitches. Stanford will lose in the 1st round

Tar- Miss St. is in... even if they drop their remaining two which I don't think they will. They still won the SEC West.... SEC will get at least 4 but probably 5.

I agree in part. Washington St should have killed them Saturday, I was really shocked they lost that game. I don't think they lose in the 1st round (they will probably be a #3 seed, #4 at the lowest), but a second round matchup against a team like Clemson or UConn and I think they go down. They don't have the guards to make a run in the tourney.

UCLA is so tough to play against because they have so much speed and play such a fast pace style that they make teams discombobulate and they make you play their type of game ...

Chase: Yeah they may get out of the 1st round, MAYBE, but I will definately have them going down in the 2nd round no matter who they face. I hope Davidson gets them in the 1st round, it would be my largest play ever

Russell Westbrook , Josh Shipp , Darren Collision , they can beat you by shooting , driving to the net , dishing it to Kevin Love down low. They can slow the game down or play real fast up tempo style. Plus their defense makes you discombobulate so I would have to go with UCLA to win it all as long as their bracket is decent and not to tough.

Miss St will be playing a team like Texas A&M, BYU or WVU most likely, and all three I think they would beat. There are obviously other teams they could play, but looking at the possible 7/8/9/10 seeds(they will be seeded somewhere in here, most likely an 8 seed), they seem like one of the toughest. If they get matched up with a team like Zona though, I think they are one and done.

Davidson will be a 12 seed at the lowest, but possibly as high as 10, so I doubt they get matched up together. Davidson will be a team nobody will want to draw for the first round though, they could be dangerous.

Come on man....He is a 7 footer that scores 19.8 ppg, 7.8 rebs, 2.3 blocks, and a 78 % free throw shooter.....He does this in the Pac 10 and is only a sophmore.....Him and his brother shut down teams with their defense....Brook is a lot better than Robin but neither are garbage

You're right chase, I would take Miss State over all of the teams you just metioned. Hopefully it will be anothe team because I dont think Miss St can make it. I would take Zona over them,
