No, not all in. Standard bet.
But I watched Wisconsin the past three games and it was a nightmare, despite going 2-1.
They did everything right defensively and everything wrong offensively.
They purposely keep the game close for late scores. Xavier wins and covers by 5 if Koenig misses that 3 with ten seconds left and fouls the rebounder.
Even the Pitt game came down to the last possession.
I give this team a TON of credit for what they've done in the first two rounds. While ND isn't incredibly deep at least they have SOMETHING to lean on.
Wisky has nothing. Zero. That is why Hayes can go an unconscionable 3-17 and stay in the game. They have nothing on the bench that is better than even 3-17 (to his credit, his defense has been outstanding).
And I've watched the NFL for many years. I bet the teams that keep it close (The Jets did this for several years). One mistake defensively? Poof. They're finished. This team is shooting between 55% and 60% the past two games. If they get out front of Wisky, how can Wisky counter? ND won't play like Xavier played the last game. They were more than fine tuned for this game against Stephen F Austin.
It's close but ND gets the nod.

It is risky but this is the road less traveled. I started down it with this game and there's no time to turn around now.

And people said the same thing about the Zags/Seton Hall with the same exact line and that was an easy winner. This one won't be easy because we don't have the time zone/west coast advantage to lean on right out the gate but I see an edge and I bet it.

Familiarity with the teams. I've watched these teams closely throughout the tournament. Plus Wisconsin is in the Big 10 with Rutgers.
Can't say the same for Virginia or UNC etc.
I'd much rather cap teams I've watched aggressively and I've watched both here.
