PLAY #1 4*PROVIDENCE - 6  ....FRIARS 7 IN A ROW,RAMS HAVE LOST 7 IN A ROW!!...FRIARS 2-0 ON ROAD,RAMS 1-5 AT HOME!!...HERE IS KEY STAT,FRIARS DEF. 63PPG AGAINST,RAMS DONT PLAY ANY DEF. ALLOWING 80PPG AGAINST...ANY QUESTIONS?.....by the way RI only win at home was vs hofstra....come on now!!.....give me friars 78-63 here


PLAY #2  4*PITT - 11   .....panthers have rolled off 9 in a row,tonight they make it 10 straight easily....this game has blowouttttt all over it.....just look at seahawks schedule is that even serious?....they played uconn and than the cup cakes of college!!!...uconn was up 13 at half and just coasted earlier in season in 2h... they should have won by 25-30....i call it very early season kinks by uconn...pitt even better than uconn in my opinion and will smack the seahawks here and may be all over at halftime...i will be shocked if pitt dont win by 20+ in this game....yes a 19 point win would shock me,lol.....panthers 88-63

Providence hasn't been playing all that great. Barely beat BC, Bryant and the UNH game was close about halfway into the 2nd half. Also, URI is getting 2 good transfers who will be playing their first games of the year. Having said that, I think Providence will win. I just don't know about that much road chalk for them. It's also an instate rival game and PC has traditionally not played all that well at the Ryan Center. I'll probably stay away but I'm with you on Pitt. GL and happy Friday.

Thanx for the HOYERS play WIZZY and sorry I couldn't reciprocate better. Looked like a 3-1 night til real late when "K.Y" Lubomir Dickwashsky potted one for the Ducks with about 3 left and tuned that plan.

 Finished 2-2 in here and + some juice but not here for lousy 2-2 nights. This is a messed up gig we fuck with man. I end with a +$ night in all 3 sports yet still feel robbed and can't wait to hit the books again in the a.m. Happy I won but disappointed it wasn't more

wizz good call on the over 54.. i bet the under 80 before you said anything.. it was 80 and 1/2.. got it by half a point that was insane .. be tailing ya again tommorow gl

   Yeah I think I remember seeing it.  I think that was him, in the picture,  after returning to his hometown streets, where he's loved by all.  He's a great story aroung here.  He grew up in Providence, played his high school ball here, a geniunely nice guy, and a great mentor to the kids he coaches.  I went to URI and will attend the game tonight.  Going to be hard to root against Cooley, although I bleed Rhody Blue.  Your guys have had a difficult time in  Kingston.  Might be their best chance for a win in a long time.  BOL

I like the Friars also..... Here are the two transfers that flyerlax is talking about.......

Transfers Andre Malone (from Auburn) and Billy Baron (from Virginia) figure to give the Rams a major lift as they join the team in the second semester.

Malone, a 6-6 guard, had 10 starts in 11 games last season at Auburn before leaving after the first semester. He averaged 11.7 points and 3.4 rebounds and is a good outside shooter.

Baron, the son of the coach, averaged 3.0 points in 17 games but had 19 points against William & Mary in his collegiate debut. He, too, transferred at midseason.
