Brah! We had the entire Keoki’s singing, dancing, belting out Birthday songs….Ohana plenty.  MAJOR props to Keokis here on Kauai…hat tip indeed and yes, I fell in love with the waitress! Beautiful, graceful, swift…..stay tuned, I have 3 more nights.

The pupus (appetizer) were plenty and better than the main plates fwiw.

For real, my mom’s uncles both played for Okie St in the 1920’s.  My Grandma Doris was a life long KC Chiefs fan…was close with Len Dawson, Jan Steneraud…and especially the Dolphins. Howard Twilley, Griese, coach Shula etc..

A great story, Doris would babysit Brian Griese of course Bob Griese (legend) son when the team was on the road. Brian tried his heart out as a Broncos QB later on… but ya, didn’t work out. My grandma would be 107 today and would maybe beat you on a single par 3 hole, beat you at your weekly football pool, and entertain the entire room with cocktails, humor, and statistics.  

Apple don’t fall far from the tree….let’s win today!

love this Houston team because of their intensity on both ends, a total package…however, I don’t think they bring it again in KC against these cyclones.thumbs_up Houston is my choice to win the whole enchilada, but they want little to do with this big 12 title game in Kansas City and against a team firing away with accuracy, crowd mojo…..
