Butler has longest win streak in nation (22). Butler and Syracuse have identical records (30 and 4). Syracuse's RPI is 5; Butler's is 12. Game is in Salt Lake City. I'm guessing Utah fans will be urging on underdog.
The vowel man (Onuaku) isn't playing. Butler lost at Georgetown, by 7. Cuse lost to Hoyas in league tourney at a neutral court by 7. Many say Butler would need a strong 3-point effort to come close. Well, they've hit at least 9 3-pointers in 4 of last 5, and in first game of NCAA tourney, they were 13 for 31.
I'm just saying tha after game tonight, headlines might read "The Butler Did It! (Or at least they covered.)
