 and west virginia is facing the 93rd  rated pass efficiency defense...so it seems to me, the over would be the play using your logic... and the cuse ammased that 93rd ranking against a schedule of mostly mediocre teams....ofeenisve juggernauts such as stony brook, U conn, rutgers, temple....etc... USC only real offense they faced and they gave up 42 pts, their highest of the season. what you think gino smith and company will do?.. and i agree W Va wont stop the cuse through the air ....so over looks like best play.

weather could be snowy and  pretty cold in the bronx, which would help the Mounties, IMO...since the cuse practices and plays in that dome... which makes me lean to W Va and the over.. the weather shouldnt seriously effect scoring. its cold, but not really windy and snow has less effect than rain.
