 .NOW... ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS 
WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE RAPIDLY NORTHEAST ACROSS
PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST ALABAMA AND THE WESTERN 
FLORIDA PANHANDLE THROUGH 600 PM THIS EVENING...
AS A LINE OF STRONGER STORMS ADVANCES EASTWARD 
OUT OF MISSISSIPPI. AT 300 PM... THE LEADING 
EDGE OF THE STRONGER LINE OF STORMS EXTENDED 
FROM NORTHERN CHOCTAW COUNTY ALABAMA AND ACROSS 
WAYNE AND NORTHERN PERRY COUNTIES OF SOUTHEAST 
MISSISSIPPI. THIS LINE WILL ADVANCE EASTWARD INTO
 PARTS OF ALABAMA WEST OF I-65 THROUGH 6 PM...
THEN CONTINUE EAST OF I-65 AFTER 6 PM. THE THREAT 
OF SEVERE WEATHER WILL INCREASE SOMEWHAT LATE 
THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING AS THE LINE MOVES 
ACROSS THE REGION...WITH DAMAGING STRAIGHT LINE
WINDS AND ISOLATED TORNADOES POSSIBLE. A TORNADO
WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR PORTIONS OF THE REGION 
UNTIL 7 PM THIS EVENING. IN ADVANCE OF THE MAIN 
AREA OF SHOWERS AND STORMS...RAINFALL AMOUNTS 
WILL GENERALLY BE ISOLATED AND VERY LIGHT. BUT...
WHEN THE MORE WIDESPREAD HEAVY RAINS MOVE INTO 
THE AREA LATER THIS AFTERNOON AND EARLY THIS 
EVENING...TOTALS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE LIKELY.
IN ADDITION TO THE EXPECTED STRONG 
THUNDERSTORMS...A STRONG SOUTHERLY WIND FLOW 
WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH THIS

What information tells you that everyone likes the over?  The consensus site I use says everyone is on the the under.

Brooknam, Do me a favor and change your Avatar because it just scared the shit out of my kids.  Just kidding I have no kids, but it scared me.  The information that tells me everyone likes the over is because all year these two teams have done nothing but put up points.  Tulsa has the #1 ranked offense in the league and Ball's is right up there.

Due to these two teams meeting in such a high profile game Vegas knows that during "Bowl Season" the guy that usual doesn't bet throws out a bet or ten.  Knowing that the public loves overs anyway they aim high for the early action.

I've tried to change the Avatar a million times and just can't get away from how funny the picture is.  I hate the Bills, just think the pic is hilarious. 
 
I see your point about the Bowl Season and the betting public's reaction.  I just figured the betting public is much more educated than it used to be.  They check weather, see coaching changes, take into account other variables that surround these games.  My perspective was that with the weather everybody would be on the under.  I got it at 71 with my local so I took the over.  Good luck as always except tonight.
